They could do a lot worse than issue a communication saying next season it’s two kits only & instead of a third shirt, have a really great walkout/anthem jacket on sale in home & away colours. 

Folks who don’t buy shirts then have something to buy, folks who do can buy a jacket as well…

Was certainly surprised at Middlesbrough that we were in the gold away kit, think we always wear blue and white up there.

In fact, have we worn our famous blue and white halves away from home at all this season?

Sorry, not read through the early posts here but could anyone give me a link to evidence that the shirt with the maltese cross formed part of our very earliest history?

I can see reports of it being 'proposed' at a meeting but no visual evidence and no primary source.

Not once, can’t say I’ve ever remembered that before half way through the season.

Though I suppose considering even the 150th shirt isn’t even the iconic blue and white, then it figures as this regime have absolutely no feel or interest for this grand old club and it’s heritage.

why not yellow away kit? 

I like the Red and black strip it or halves but I like the Gold away kit. Its a smart kit but can't make everyone happy
