I'm past the abbey stage. Well past that. I'm in the resignation stage (= confirmed despair). I'm starting to see the benefit in getting relegated in that we won't get gubbed by Burnley next year. Record crowds (I know!) and hundreds of volunteers giving their time for free. The community behind them.

We may have years of misery to suffer yet but we will emerge one day from the pit these scammers have dug for us.
