All things concourse, mood n food, drinks and prices.

3 things that need improvement.

1. Prices. Goes without saying our prices are some of the highest in the league. Needs sorting.

2. Service. I can only speak for JW upper w11W. Pre game is fine 45-30 minutes prior to kickoff.

Halftime is a mess. 15 minutes to gamble on whether to queue and ask for a non existent pie or even make it in time for a pint. There's nowhere near enough bodies on tills, surely pre pouring atleast 30 pints during the first half will help knock the queues down. There are old Ladbroke kiosks that could do this or even a bottle man that could walk around with plastic beer bottles (such as Anfield) you have to miss the last 10 minutes of a half to get down in time.

3. Stock. As reported around d the ground, not enough pies, or chips available to people that did queue up during half time. Again, things need to be stocked up pregame and during the first half.

I would say the biggest problem with the food is what food we served and the quality of it.

We should be serving much better food like loaded fries with Salt and Pepper Chicken, or chicken tikka masala with pilau rice, onion bhajis or vegetable samosa, sausage with chips/mashed and gravy.

Just serving the bog standard chicken burger or hot dog isn't good enough, I stopped buying food on the concourse due to food quality and what is served on there. I go to the burger van at the back of club shop for a double burger with onions or chips and curry sauce or sausage, chips and curry sauce. Its better quality and enjoyable to eat

Avoid it at half time as its too over crowd for me.

The pre pouring of drinks has been something mentioned over such a long period of time. Many people will just not bother having a pint at half time because of the queues, its impossible to avoid missing a chunk of either the first or second half.

And it never seems to change.

Pre pouring is so much quicker and to keep the coolness/freshness of a pint just do around 30 per kiosk then that way when they run out the queues are better off. They'll all get sold. Also I thought the £1.50 off pints ought to have been through the Derby game also

Bottle kiosk is a great idea for both beer and soft drinks and i'm sure there used to be 1 or 2 in the Blackburn End.

However everything is franchised out now so unless they do it they'd probably kick off even if the club was capable of sorting it itself.

Also they'd have to no doubt source plastic bottled beer these days given all the rules and regs meaning it would be very limited and very expensive.  Not defending them in any way but the crowds they've reduced us to now means the kind of demand Saturday brought will be very rare.

So as usual it's a shrug of the shoulders.

Most likely what is having a big effect of the slow service is a staff shortage. Contributing to this is the fact that match day staff who have recently (this season) started are having to pay for car parking. The cost of parking is probably more than most of them earn in their first hour.

Shameful.

Can this be shown to Pasha at the next Fans Forum? The jackets could be sold in the shop and the beer on the concourse.

Win/win.

😂😂
