  1. Like Mercer you've completely misunderstood the post. Of course we have negative fans, I sat in front of around 6 mature know it all at Stanley on Saturday, moaning and slating players throughout. Then you look at most social media formats, right now negative posts regards no signings, ticketing, maintenance at Ewood, Venkys etc etc.. Do you attend matches at Ewood and see 20k empty seats?
  2. You clearly don't understand, maybe you're one of the negative fans I'm referring to.
  3. You're way out here Mercer, seems more likely as soon as anyone comments and shares an opinion of their own that doesn't match yours, you clearly don't like it, spit your dummy out and seemingly want the last word. Rovers plant? mogadon? Far from it..
  4. Don't really care if your friend was an ex player who played at 'a good level' I stand by my post stating he/you are being harsh on the lads who played last night. Sort of negativity we really don't need right now.
  5. Harsh, did your friend know we played with predominantly u18/23's?
  6. But please keep going up to the QPR game to see how accurate your estimations are.
  7. You can't make it up can you, Swag seems clueless at times and the loyal fans have been shafted again. The only plus side is for non season ticket holders, max price would be £25 . On the matchday prices, why charge £7 for 0-7 year olds? These youngsters would be coming with parents/familys etc should be free, future fans.
  8. Seems we need a couple of decent signings to excite our fans.
  9. You may be right, you may be wrong, who knows right now as it's too early to say. Had you posted this say in October/November and nothing changed you'd be on the money. Let's wait and see (sorry for the Mowbray chat)
  10. Missed em Gooz, however, it looks healthier when you add a few days sales instead of one.
  11. Still looks silly, why isn't the part under the stitch blue?
  12. Swag would bite their hand off if they offered £40
  13. I think that awful sponsor which is also too high doesn't help. The shirt itself is fine imo
  14. Maybe Chaddy could forward this when he meets with him.
  15. I do ask myself sometimes had Swag abolished this +£30 for non ST holders would we be seeing a bigger uptake?
  16. Not sure if I agree with some comments here Rev, overly critical imo. The excellent Nyambe? He's a decent player but not 'excellent' Should and could have been so much better in particular offensively Hedges was a bit part player but shone when given a mini run towards the end of the season and looked a useful player. Markanday is an unknown atm, however if we go off what many Spurs fans said when they sold him I'm looking forward to see him get a decent run in the side. Dack is a quality player and like you say it's unclear to us all regards getting back to his best, however a full preseason won't do him any harm at all, fingers crossed the lad deserves it. Jury's out on Pickering? Is it? Still young loves to get forward and create opportunities and apparently is the sort of player JDT likes. If BBD stays or goes you'd hope we'd be in a win win situation. Stays, we know how good he is, leaves, £££££ to hopefully reinvest in a few quality additions to provide more quality in our squad. We are the only non Premier League outfit to contest the U23's Premier league 2. Cat one Academy costs are rising and Venkys still remain committed. Look at Burnley, waited years to upgrade for cat one status and lasted just a couple of seasons before losing it and back to Cat two. Whereas we've had many talented youngsters come through one of the best Academys in the country and continue to do so. Next season I'd expect and would not be overly disappointed with a midtable finish as long as we're seeing progress, but to be honest I'm quite looking forward to JDT's style of play, such a youthful squad of talented players, need imo at least 6 additions, let's get behind JDT and see where it takes us.
  17. To be honest it's embarrassing when you see away supporters asking where they can buy a programme, all part of the matchday experience especially for visiting fans and our younger audience. Poor yet again from Swaggot and the club.
