I don't think you can change the style to suit this group of players. It's the culmination of years of underinvestment in the team, especially the full back positions and strikers and over reliance on youth and a lack of experience. He's certainly the wrong man for the job but to be fair the pitch from the top was that we were going to build up the team over the seasons he was with us and aim for promotion, not have a fire sale and bring in kids and freebies and try to cling onto our league status.

Don't be fair to her, she's a complete and utter bell end. When she said we could rely on loans this is exactly what she meant. There was a similar comment about the academy. This was the plan all along. Relying on kids and loans and running a football club on the cheap as was pitched by that awful scumbag parasite agent whose name I won't mention.

For however crap we've been, it'd still be 0-0 only for a goalkeeping blunder. Which is why it was a stupid idea to spend our only money and bring in a 24 year old from a foreign league.

I agree we shouldn't be struggling quite as much, and you're right in that it's not just fatigue. But there's only one team that has fuckwits like Venkys pulling the strings and that's ultimately the problem here. It's more like we're relying too much on youth, poor recruitment due to the taps being turned off, and a lack of experience. Let's not forget the complete lack of ambition broadcast by the CEO to motivate everyone involved.
