  1. I can't see a 20 year old from league 2 solving anything but checking a box for Madame D.
  2. I'd love Steve Cooper here, but he won't turn Pickering and Brittain into better defenders or turn our pound shop strikers into goal machines.
  3. That doesn't quite tell the whole story does it. We already struggled to score goals with Brereton and we've had a bit of luck with Szmodics stepping in. Combine that with the CEO announcing to everyone that the goal was to stay up and these results become acceptable and normal.
  4. You're aware we're potless and have owners that don't give a f***, right?
  5. Still a poor line up but at least I wouldn't have to watch Brittain phoning in his performance again.
  6. I think it was more of a brief prayer from Broughton, then he went to Borussia.
  7. We can't afford a striker but let's pay our current manager compensation and bring in Steve Cooper.
  8. If we're skipping through the realms of impossibility I'd prefer Farke.
  9. Someone who can get a disjointed squad full of kids and bargain basement buys, with no strikers, playing well? When Telalovic went off there was no height in the box at all. The rot started while Mowbray was here with no desire to bring in a decent striker, and it's continued with Broughton. There was a moment when Ennis had the ball at his feet in the box with the goal in front of him, and his instinct was to pass it to a player in a worse position than strike it. That's just fucking shite by anyone's standards. We got a freebie and a bargain basement injury prone striker from L1. That kind of investment only goes one way.
  10. I predicted it after that ludicrous statement by Waggott. I'm surprised we've got away with it this long.
  11. If you don't sign decent defenders, you won't be able to defend.
  12. No investment, injuries, crap defenders, relying on kids, no strikers worth mentioning. What's gone wrong?!
  13. Callum Brittain just delivered perhaps the worst cross I've ever seen. I'm not sure which part of the instructions he wasn't comfortable with there, but I would have hoped a cross wouldn't be beyond his abilities. It was supposed to be in the box, it ended up in the top tier of the home stand.
  14. I don't know about anyone else, but I'd be happy to never see Callum Brittain in a Rovers shirt again. Another really poor performance.
  15. No need for an explanation. The chief executive officer made it quite obvious at the beginning of the season.
  16. The players don't help too. Unless JDT is telling them to pass to the opposition, take too many touches and make moronic decisions.
  17. Amazed at people wondering why we can't defend. Wharton with a decent chance, too casual and easily saved.
  18. Referee getting in the way of play now as we're trying to get it away from goal. Why doesn't he just put a Hull shirt and be done with it?
  19. Why is Ennis, a striker, passing the ball in the box?
  20. We needed a bit of magic, we got a pile of shit.
  21. I've seen far worse from Hull and no yellow card.
  22. Hyam off. Referee is a tw@t.
  23. Didn't think I would say this, but I wouldn't have taken Telalovic off. I'd have kept Moran on the bench. I'd have brought on Wharton or Moran, not both. And Moran is in such poor form at the moment.
