Really wanted Yuki to get his goal. He works really hard for the team and for his height, he wins a fair share of headers. Still think he's gonna come good.

Our attacking play is non-existent. Defence is keeping us in the game, even so surely we cant keep allowing Hull to break us down for another 45 minutes. Need to show some attacking plans upfront.

Enjoyable cameo from him. Full of energy and making anticipating runs. Had a very good 1v1 chance which he failed to put away although it would have been ruled out for a very late offside whistle anyway. Putting it into the back of the net will have done him alot of good and put him in the mind of the Japan coach.

We dont deserve anything at all to be honest. Pears was exceptional today, our best Rovers player. Ohashi second. The rest are just not good enough. Against 10 men, we played like we are the team with 10 men. Players and manager need to look at themselves especially Eustace. He had a half time talk and a whole half to beat 10 men. And we almost lost the game if not for Pear's saves.

Exactly, have to say Ohashi is really good at headers for someone his height. He will always try to make something out of the header instead aimless heading it.

You are right, i just looked at the extended highlights on Youtube. It was indeed first at the referee, then at who ever is on the bench side. Thanks for the clarifications. Silly one to take really.

Just saw the replays of the red card incident. Gueye seemed to have wave the imaginary card AT the burnley defender and telling him "no-no" instead of AT the referee. How's that a red then? I may be wrong but the camera angle seemed to suggest that Gueye was looking at the defender.

Before anyone slay any individual performances, credits due to the entire team for doing what they have done. 10 men for half an hour, away at a dogsh1t stadium, a horrible ref and yet, we got a point! Come on Rovers!

Leonard takes forever to recover from his injury. Even if he's back in the next few weeks/months. It's unlikely he's gonna be up to speed. I think will forget about him for now. We either sign a striker who willing to sit on the bench, or play Weimann as a striker or get Rudy to register himself for us.

Overall good point at a team who finished in top 6. But it could have been more satisfying if we had not stepped off the attacking pedal after taking the lead. Would love Buckley to start ahead of JRC. And Ohashi, so good at heading for someone his height. That was not an easy goal. Big Mak needs to get up to speed with his fitness. Even Gally when he starts, he plays almost 90 mins most of the time. Cant have a no.9 who plays just 60 mins. Looking forward to Big Mak and Ohashi strikeforce.
