This lad has been top class this year. Absolutely brilliant. Quiet and understated, just gets on with his job effectively and efficiently. You hardly notice he's on the pitch at times. I doubt that the owners are content. I think that they have simply run out of ideas and don't know what to do. They dont know jack shit about football. Think how many people they have trusted to do a good job. Think how badly they have been let down time and time again. Think how much money has been squandered. Matchday income is up. Merchandise income is up. Advertising income is up. We are actually performing relatively well in these area. This is all indicative of an organisation trying hard behind the scenes. Day to day executives are often judged on these parameters.
