Saw a group of Asian kids by the tunnel in the JWL/DE after the match, had obviously enjoyed the match, I believe they are beginning to get interested but if we work on the children (which I assume we already do through schools etc) the adults will follow.

BEB - I'm interested in promoting better facilities for the disabled. I'd like to see the Riverside developed (I typed Roverside first, now there's a name for it!)for part of it to incorporate an indoor disabled area which could be used as a day centre/club/drop in for disabled people and friends/carers, also where they could go pre-post match and at half time for a hot drink, or even watch the match from a warm indoor area, and a covered raised outside area for wheelchairs etc.

And all the commentators who spend matches they are supposed to be commentating on gossiping about anything except the match and then suddenly realise a goal is being scored/ someone sent off/it's half time etc.........

No, Vinjay. It's the arrogance of the coach and the players, and the gloating. You would expect them to do well given the talent in their team. Manchester United have the same arrogance and to a certain extent so do Arsenal. Look at Wigan and Charlton. They are doing extremely well this season and everyone is pleased for them. They aren't rubbing everyone's noses in it.

I've written many letters of complaint about referees over the last couple of years. You just get some sort of stereotyped reply if you are lucky. What's the point of the fourth official? They just grin inanely and let the referee get on with what they must surely realise are abysmal performances. MH must be absolutely seething after this afternoon's travesty. After the way the boys got themselves in the game - I am not so gutted at the result as very few teams have scored two goals against Chelsea, but the awful biased refereeing is really sticking in my gullet. Where do the blighters train? I feel like mounting a protest to make someone admit that these fools are ruining the game.

John Terry is really beginning to get up my nose.
