West Brom at home

Davenport scores that and they would have been some substitutions. Could only see us go on to win it from that. He could have become an instant hero. -

Championship season 2019-20

Yes, lost what you had won, therefore crashing and burning. Yes ,of course WBA are overwhelming favourites. Tipping them hardly makes you Mystic Meg. Now let's hope you are wrong, which we have all seen with great hillarity on many occasions! -

After crashing and burning so badly the other night, you certainly need a win. Hopefully not though. -
The biggest advantage JRC has is his physicality. Buckley is very weak.

Championship season 2019-20

Ha ha Imagine we got ourselves in a position where a win against Luton could potentially get us 6th. We lose then. It would be absolutely textbook this team! -
Mowbray: Stay or Go - A Poll

For sure we would have, even with that shite team. -
Mowbray: Stay or Go - A Poll

We could be alright, but hopefully not. His free and cost signings have been better than either of his "big" signings. First and foremost I would like us to keep the nucleus of our team. Not gonna be easy to replace Tosin though and the GK saga could continue to run. I wouldn't be at all surprised if we signed another loan. -
Mowbray: Stay or Go - A Poll
Bigdoggsteel replied to Stuart's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
We do have a lot of work to do, but there may be more players available on reasonable deals due to cut backs at other clubs. It just really depends on how commited the Venkys are in these challenging times -
I would agree on Brereton. I think he has more technical ability than Gallagher.
-
Worth noting last night how good Johnson, Graham and Downing were. They really showed their experience. Can only make me think they should have started more with your Travis, JRC and Armstrong's offering the youthful running.
-
Ya ,indeed. So hopefully doesn't happen
-
If Gallagher stays he needs to be put on a serious muscle building program and get used as a battering ram through the middle. He's never gonna be a winger and with his frame he could be a handful of he learned a thing or two from Graham about hold up play. He hasn't learnt much so far though.

Mowbray: Stay or Go - A Poll
Bigdoggsteel replied to Stuart's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Ya, 100%. As always, the power is with the owners and nobody seems to know what they are thinking. If we manage to hold onto our key players, we could be in a better position than many clubs. I think the end of this season is going to be a bloodbath for some clubs. -
It's inevitable we are going to get bids for Armstrong now and I wouldn't be surprised to see one near £7 million. So next season could be very worrying on the goals front.

Mowbray: Stay or Go - A Poll
Bigdoggsteel replied to Stuart's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
If we play last nights starting 11 ,we would win more games. Mowbray has tried/needed to shoehorn Gallagher(in particular) and Brereton in because of their fees, but Graham is our best bet and he looks fit. More what it's. Even 2 draws against Barnsley and Wigan would have been decent now, let alone 6 points. It's never straight forward. The should he stay or go is a pointless conversation for 2 reasons, firstly it will only happen if he decides to leave and secondly, it's Venkys, so I couldn't just say "ya,get rid" without knowing who they would be planning on replacing him with. As we have seen, things can turn real bad, real quick. The wrong appointment and we could end up in real trouble. I couldn't see us going down under Mowbray. Don't @ me trying to be clever saying that we did already. That was over 12 games, with a worse squad. Now if we could appoint someone exciting I would be interested. -
Ya and shooting! Although I think if he scored, he might relax a bit.

Sell Nyambe? Strange move. One of our most promising players
-
That Armstrong goal though
-
Ouch
-
I love Travis. Cute as a fox
-
Not really much else on the bench. Bennett 92nd minute winner
-
Danny Graham plays, we look more threatening.
-
I am absolutely delighted for Samuel
-
It's like he saw the defenders leg and thought "no,I'm not running through that".
