I had a season ticket in the seventies when 5/6,000 gates on Ewood wasn't unusual. The apathy and everything else has got to me, I don't mind admitting it and I know I'm far from alone.
Mark my words, unless there's something to rekindle interest, 8,000 gates won't be unusual next season, never mind that many season tickets sold.
It's not the manager, owners, poor entertainment or anything particular in isolation: it's the whole 'shit package' over the past 10 years.
