  1. Agreed, thought it was odd. We're 19/20 vs 27/10 for Huddersfield, that's not even close we're clear favourites. If I were another poster I'd brag about how much I'd wagered but I'm not here to impress strangers 😁
  2. I think it's the announcement of not watching it that bothers him, rather than the not watching it itself. Its a fair point
  3. I have a feeling this could be a Mowbray result from nowhere job actually. The bookies certainly have us as favourites. We can't finish 11th without winning the odd game, after all.
  4. Nailed it. You'd think he'd want better for himself wouldn't you. It blows my mind how you wouldn't want to improve at your job. Perhaps ignorance is bliss
  5. This. Can see the season not finishing until September. Which gives Mowbray a ready made excuse for another season of underperformance.
  6. We'll finish 11th. Absolutely, Tony needs to go immediately. Pearson or Hughes.
  7. Why do you believe it's acceptable for a manager who is failing to achieve goals he has set himself to be able to carry on underachieving for another 6 months?
  8. He's a terrible combination of genuinely thick and stubborn. Not learning from your mistakes is utterly unforgivable in any profession, in football its even worse. Everyone can see the issues; playing players out of position, not giving any focus whatsoever on the defence, investing in injury prone players, throwing non favourites under the bus, lying about being on a journey for self preservation etc etc Can't stand the bloke now, any favour he did carry for getting the best squad by a distance in League One promoted, has long gone. I really wish he'd just f5ck off, I'd literally take any other option that Venkys stumble across, this is how fed up I am of him.
  9. Not sure what's worse; Mowbray's managerial ability, bickering about Armstrong or lying about winning money to strangers
  10. He's now a hindrance. Standing still is akin to going backwards. Imagine being so thick that you can't spot and learn from your own mistakes and change your approach accordingly. This is what we're dealing with here, a thick old man in self protection mode.
  11. Not fucking good enough Tony. Same problems again and again and again and again. Doesn't learn, will never change, will be stuck in fucking mediocrity forever more with this guy. Fucking over it
  12. It's fucking diabolical. And our clown of a a manager can bang on about injuries all he wants we're an absolute mess regardless. Absolutely fed up with it, just fuck off Tony
  13. Wonderful to see Sir Bradley on the bench, bloody love that guy. Don't ruin Christmas Tony please, you old goat.. Though Covid has it pretty f5cked already tbf
  14. Really fucking winds me up when he blames the players. It's cowardly. He's signed them, how does he sit there and believe he doesn't have to take account for that? Anyone that thinks he is "a nice guy" needs to read that as he's clearly nothing of the sort.
  15. He could become the Warnock of League One, just gets teams promoted. Problem is he doesn't have the self awareness that Warnock does to realise his level and stick to it. And actually Mowbray would need the best squad and biggest budget to get the team out of League One. OK, terrible idea.
  16. This is the situation Mowbray has created. There is no accountability from top to bottom. It's such an amateurish approach to management .
  17. Re. Gallagher I wouldn't look too much past the amount he cost as to why he's being played. Perhaps Balaji or another one of the clowns pays more attention than we think and explaining why the £5m player isnt playing isn't something Mowbray or Waggott fancies.
  18. Everyone will get there in terms of realising that Mowbray isn't the man to take us up. Some just take longer than others. A cursory look at the Championship table on Dec 20th 2018 had us on 29 points, 5 points off the play offs. Fast forward to today and we sit on 28 points, 5 points off the play offs. Can't get more damning than that.
