  1. First 5 series of House. After that, the remaining 3 series' storyline is cool but the individual episodes are iffy.
  2. Runrig last night! Bloody brilliant. Making Muse look like chancers since 1973!
  3. Got 'Lego Star Wars (complete saga)' for a tenner just shy ofc xmas and now have some time to have a go. You guys seem to love the lego games, so hopefully I'll have some fun out of this
  4. TJ, you don't have to read anything you don't want to. So why bother reading a thread and actively devlare yourself uninterested by it? Just say nothing. Works wonders.
  5. I meant any less than general perception of him on here. I assumed it was well known that he was a more casual fan.
  6. What's wrong with that? People can support 2 clubs. Just because he may prefer Villareal, doesn't make him less of a Rovers fan. If it was a higher English team he supported, I'd agree. When we play Villareal, I'll pretend to hate him for a week

    RIP Tashor

RIP Tashor. Some great reads and seemed a good guy too
  8. Until they add 'Uncle Jack's' in the gap. At least it's rovers-related then, I guess.
  9. I consider Mark Watson a hidden gem. He comes across horribly on TV imo, but live he is simply hilarious.
  10. I see that more as the driver getting told (and rightly so) for being a @#/?. Cyclists gathering where they are allowed to and damned near being run over by an arse in an audi is shameful driving, not cycling. Frankly I was hoping someone would put their bike through his windscreen.
  11. Wow. I'm glad I don't know any cricket fans if Al and Jim are the standard-bearers. Why do either of you give a toss who someone else supports? Supporting another country at a game is silly at worst and quirky at best. To say he lacks morals or principles is just weird and frankly appears a malicious attempt to put him down without reason.
  12. Didn't realise he was still under contract there :/ what's your take on WWE atm? I feel they were brilliant from post-wm29 to summerslam and have tailed off since. But this past raw was a great ending so I'm hoping they step it up for wm30. They've been keeping Rhodes and Reigns individually very strong within their teams, so hoping both these guys break out in the upper card or ME next year.
  13. So it's looking like the Road to WrestleMania is beginning early this year. Expecting big things tbh. Teased on Raw this week imo: HHH vs Punk (I reckon they'll find a way to have Vince vs SCSA going on in the background for that). HBK vs Bryan (although part of me wants HBK to stay retired after his awesome Taker matches). Reckon there's a Taker vs Lesnar match in there somewhere too. More importantly....Royal Rumble. It's in Pittsburgh so can I hope for an Angle cameo? Hoping for some midcard cameos too, like Hurricane, Scott Steiner, Rikishi and S2H.
  14. I'd have thought Eric Morecambe's death (not on film, thankfully) was the better death. Standing ovation and collapsing just past the curtain. Both brilliant comedians
  15. Lust Luck Liquor and Burn was great food and atmosphere got there half5 and were first in. Within 15mins it was heaving. Think a wrestling fan designed the food names on the menu, mind. Beef Smackdown, Alabama Slammer, and American Dreamer
  16. Agreed on Assassins Creed. Amazing concept for the first. Great update for the 2nd then it plodded on.
  17. That's the genius of the GTA series. Every update has seen some improvement or some cool new features that work brilliantly.
  18. I'm just trying to understand why you hate the idea of supporting another country. As if it would even matter. And I'm not trying to catch you out, I'm just offering the same scenario with different clubs. The Manc in my scenario lived in Manchester all his life with ManUtd supporting parents, who took him to Utd games til he was about 10, but he then said 'nah I like blackburn' in 2004. I would find it odd if you were to call him a traitor for that. Similarly I don't support England in football while there are still deplorable people in it's 1st team. Instead I currently support any underdog (including vs England).
  19. So you'd equally deride a Manc born in Manchester to ManUtd fans supporting Blackburn? I know 2 people in this sort of get-up (the other born to a Liverpool fan).
  20. Methinks he's asking a valid question. Surely if you deride someone supporting another country, playing for another is just as bad?
  21. Depends which country brings you more happiness. Would you be upset if Mo Farah supported Britain vs Somalia?
