If a new DOF comes in with high ambitions, he’ll be soon be damped down and basically told to “toe the line”. The high standards will not be tolerated by our owners. He’ll be like the rest before him and shipped out soon enough.

Wouldn’t surprise me if they sell him cheaply and to Burnley. What the owners do, never seems to shock me anymore. I think they just make it up as they go along. Not realising the outcome further down the line.
