  1. Could be. Who do you think picked the starting eleven?
  2. A really good game. Moment of the match was Pears' penalty save, as clutch as it gets. Poor pen from DJ though, and it looked a tad soft perhaps but also clumsy by Brittain. On 3-0 I thought we would make it a party but second half was all about protecting our two-goal lead and fortunately we managed to do so. Hedges came back into the team flying, thought he was excellent. Gallagher and Dolan great too after a really poor match a week ago. Top marks all around, JRC still getting back to his best but not directly poor either. McFadz looked solid and he will give O'Riordan (and others) some valuable mentorship. Loved that Eustace came into the mix when things were getting a bit nervy to make some adjustments. Huge relief. Top marks also to Gavin Ward for having a good game for once. Thought he was excellent for the most part.
  3. Thought it was a ballsy starting eleven with a lot of changes. I liked that he got involved from the get-go, and came down to the bench (?) when we started to become a little nervous.
  4. I'm sure he can get us relegated if he wants...
  5. What do you suggest then?
  6. More of the same until we can get some money injected into the club.
  7. Might want to assess what we have first. Let’s wait and see. More gutted that we’re in the gutter and that we managed to lose JDT. Expect more on the transfer fiasco.
  8. If he's being lined up today he's had time to prepare for tomorrow's game as well. WIN NEEDED BADLY
  9. Getting a bit of Appleton vibes here. Time will tell.
  10. We shouldn't have to pay JDT off if he signs for Sweden. But he's probably so fed up by this club and Waggott in particular that he will want to get out with what he can. He also has his assistant to worry about, even if he might not need the money himself. If it's set in stone that he leaves I hope it's settled today, and we can bring in a new face before the crucial game tomorrow.
  11. JDT/Coach says what he needs -> GB finds what he wants -> SW messes up the deal -> rinse and repeat
  12. Why did JDT say 'ask Suhail and Waggott' if Suhail wasn't present? Implies a different story than the one relied here by Glen, doesn't it?
  13. Doesn't change the fact that Waggott has to go. Appreciate the story though, cheers. 'Admin girl told the CEO at 11.04pm' A little bit too suspicous for me 🙂
  14. I wasn't being serious. 🙂 Waggott can pay himself off.
  15. The club can spend the funds on paying JDT and Reijnierse off...
  16. Waggott can travel freely as soon as he has resigned.
  17. They wouldn’t have put that out there if McGuire wasn’t interested. But do they really need weeks? And travel over there? Deal should be done already.
  18. It's just palliative treatment at this point. Wake me up when Waggott has resigned.
  19. Not a chance. Might as well give it to Damien Johnson then, he'll have a better shot as he'll probably be caretaker anyway.
  20. The concerned players by the looks of the CCTV footage has to be because JDT is leaving and the 'what now?' reaction. I think they've had their chance to save him, so we'll know if JDT leaves that the dressing room was most likely lost and it was time to go. A. Wharton and JDT leaving hurts.
  21. He was better against QPR in that department. But think we're zonal marking? And that's just mental.
  22. Szmodics, Tronstad, JRC, Garrett, McFadzean and Fleck are winners.
