  1. Ta Bob. I looked at the Official Site three times and couldn't see that. Just re-checked it and I can now see the information clearly. I smell a rat, and I think it may be something to do with that broken pipe at christmas.
  2. If we more than a grand, I reckon thats actually not a bad effort. Around a twelfe of our ST holders going away to low key fixture against the worst ever Premiership side. Need confirmation of pay on the day at Sunnerlun to avoid a wasted journey, anyone?
  3. A lot of Birmingham fans citing the departure of Mark Bowen to Rovers as the main reason they are now crap, and we are good.
  4. I bet it's freezing on Saturday.
  5. Doesn't really bother me either way.
  6. Like the Sun Blocker Mr Burns used on The Simpsons?
  7. Rob Nicholls Thought Boro brought a load of fans? FMTTM
  8. Don't worry Mum, the feeling will pass in four or five days...
  9. Forgot to add, Reid was fantastic today, and we won and played well without Tugay, again 1864.
  10. Savage red card was harsh, real harsh. Freidel poor on both goals, but awesome from Viduka header. I say again, Bellamy is the new Shearer. £15M worth of striker.
  11. Bought a ticket for a friend at the TO before the match, then walked to the Darwen End. Massive queues all round the game due to gate failures, and I as surprised the game kicked off at 3.00. Like 1864 said, Bellamy is quickly becoming the new Shearer. The mans a genius. I almost felt sorry for him playing in our side. His all round game is as good as Shearers, and I really beleive that. The guy makes the difference to us that is astounding. There were more than 18K on and all. Best chant of the day from Boro fans "Three stands, you've only got three stands..." Followed by "Three stands, and a bus shelter, three stands, and a bus shelter..."
  12. The players left the pitch between the BBE and Riverside then, and I will always remember Kenny leaving the pitch, looking up at the delirous fans in the BBE and punching the air in delight at putting one over the Mancs and Fergie. Both Kenny and I really beleived we would catch them that afternoon and that feeling continued upto the QPR game where we drew. Super super time to be a blue, and I also thank Jack for making it happen.
  13. Here is this weeks olden days photo of the opposition gaffer As you can see, from his current photo he's not changed much. The alzheimers is becoming a problem for Steve now, he's starting to beleive he will be the next England manager.
  14. I was thinking that too.
  15. Erm...no. If you're skint, sell your PC. Or at least cancel your ISP contract.
  16. JAL, you're typing what everyone in C18 is thinking. 'Asians' who are only in interested in pound notes - thats taking them, looks like a lot of our supporters live a fair fair distance away Local leaders, the jocks, the Asians and Jack Straw have failed miserably along with the local grammar school in resurecting Blackburn please give a middle finger salute to the rest of the town you know they deserve it! Give this man a Grooby, classic post.
  17. All those LFC fans complaining on their site ###### me off. Because we have an opinion that is not the same as theirs, they say 'You @#/?s, respect the dead' etc. Rovers fans are not to blame for this mess. Neither are the Liverpool fans. It is not as close to home to us as them so they take it as an insult if you don't agree with them. The FA and the Liverpool board are to blame that there is still an issue, not BRFC and fans. We agreed to move once, no problem. To agree another change is not fair. 5.15PM kick off, everyone. Deal with it.
  18. If they change it again it sets a precedent for other scenarios. It should never have got this far, the fixture 'computer' should have had this info programmed in back in June. Cant blame LFC fans for wanting it changed, but to move it again???FFS Still, it's probably little woolly back no-fans crap support Rovers who end up looking like the bad guys.
  19. I am a wealthy, wealthy man and I cannot think of anything better to spend my dosh on than watching Rovers.
  20. Where is the old gate?
  21. I thought that said 'I like Graeme Hogg.'
  22. What about Yosser Hughes? Surely he could fill in for GS when he's busy?
  23. The kids for a quid scheme helped against Villa yesterday, as the Darwen End was awash with them, I reckon the good publicity from the Spurs game also helpded this too. However, Ipswich, Leeds, Wolves, Derby,Coventry, Reading, and Sheff Wed all had bigger gates than Rovers. In fact our gate was only the eighth biggest if we were in the Coca Cola Championship.
