I will be sorry to see either Burnley or Everton go down. If I had to make a choice it would be Everton as I believe they would bounce back, probably very quickly. Burnley would maybe go into long term decline under the current ownership model. Also I do not want to lose to them twice next season.

I can recall at least 2 occasions when Mowbray has said that there was money available that wasn't spent and the outstanding one after promotion out of L1 when he told the owners to take it easy, or words to that effect. He was not consistently scratching around to make ends meet!
