  1. That's the best bit of fiction in 385 pages and its had some decent competition.
  2. I don't know and neither do you. He's also a decent footballer when not kicking oppo players.
  3. Signing Morsy would not piss me off. Just what's needed, it will not happen as he favours ripped jeans.
  4. I was just mulling over whether we missed any opportunities to advertise our interest in Kipre. The LT, The Sin, Fat Guy plus others no doubt had it covered I suppose. A brilliant display of being able to spend without actually eating into ones pension provision.
  5. A Bell highlight was the airkick that the iFollow guys said should be replayed to the Benny Hill theme. Does he get an assist for that pass that created a Donny goal He plays and looks like he's on medication
  6. Yes I've noticed that. Grumpy looking. Well I'm pleased to at last say I like the look of BB. Bell is shocking.
  7. I read some sanctimonious claptrap on here but this takes the biscuit. It cant be cheating by Derby. they were found innocent.
  8. Another poster recently gave an opinion on that and some historical backup. I agree with his summation. They can't fool all the people all of the time so I'm happy to get excited only when a new signing in sealed and in the building. Must say though I'm pleased that a Keeper has signed, a bit of a (nut)cracker too.
  9. It didn't get me excited. I'm saving that for when we actually part with the pounds and not pre publicise it in detail to anyone that may be remotely interested in the same player. Odd that as we had somehow cultivated a history as a club of keeping quiet whilst never actually doing so.
  10. It's a Covid driven measure so temporary and subject to ongoing review. Personally I think it's the start of all top league games, PL and EFL, being available online for a fee.
  11. Correct. All EFL clubs can show all of their games that are not live on Sky for a fee. The club selling the streaming service keep the fee, after I assume EFL and the providers take a cut. STs have separate rules. Away games not being available for free to STs is logical.
  12. A different streaming platform. That could be more exciting than the game.
  13. Our Keepers tend to go missing anyway. Quarantine not an issue.
  14. I was stunned by that photo above. In a bad way. Brought tears to my eyes.
  15. More shit from Sherlock. I've given up. Feckwits and shitheads rule the Club.
  16. Its the manager and coaches that prepare teams for matchday. The above just illustrates that the preparation for the early matches was poor. PPPP-2
  17. That's about where I'm at. Mercers doomsday scenario is getting closer by the day, I have given up on ever seeing Rovers again in the PL. Too much needs to improve and I'm too old and the lot running us are simply not up to it, nor ever will be. The only fun I expect is the search for a free stream that works well, which actually became easier last season. Its a shame that I then have to watch tippy tappy played poorly.
  18. Or finishing a Season as Champions but then again being Champions is unimportant according to those who know much more about Football and the hopes of Fans than little old me.
  19. Just read the Venky Telegraph take on the kit sponsor debacle. SSDD.
  20. Both sides at it again tonight. Refs give such easy freekicks for falling over. It's boringly pathetic. The players must be coached in this cheating, it's so prevalent now. Both Mancs dumped to complete the early exit of all the teams from the best League in the world. An odd state of affairs.
  21. Rovers 7 v Spurs 2, my first visit to Ewood and lucky enough to see one of our best ever performances. My Dad took me and I also want to recheck where I was. I've got a recollection of looking down to the pitch so it could have been the Nuttall St, it definitely wasn't the Riverside as I remember looking at the crowd in there from across the pitch. I think Dad gave me a special treat that first day as after that he took me in the Enclosure/ Paddock (?) Darwen side and put me over the wall. Memory not what is was ...... I thought the ground look full that day and surprised that it was only 21K ish There's a FaceBook page with a lot of quality matchday photos from the game
  22. 80K a week to charity, now that's a hefty gift and better than disappearing into an American billionaire's loose change
