Ive not seen a single direct link to any illeagl stream this evening, there have been one or two mentions of sites where such information can be found, I have no doubt there have been many PM's with detailed instructions on how to do it.

Of course, visibly offering or providing such links via PM is EXACTLY the same as publicly anyway as far as the hosts and the site admin are concerned.

This is a massive grey area, there is no legislation that prohibits sites from showing illegal links. It is of course illegal to view, and especially to transmit, illegal feeds.
