  1. On the contrary, it gives people more of a choice with what they want, from the poll it is obvious that (at time of posting), 19 people want him/them to stay in soem form, and 57 want them to shove their drumsticks where they crowd often tell them to.
  2. I suspect Im not the first person to say this, but Im not half looking forward to Tugay being around with Roberts and McCarthy. I think that will be a sight to behold.
  3. Is he? where? I thought you were both fairly accurate just with different slants on the match.
  4. Interesting to note that only 11 clubs out of the 92 have cheaper season tickets than we do. 8 of them are in League 2, with 3 in League 1.
  5. Ive been a big Emerton slater over the years, by by god the last two games he has been superb. Well played Bert.
  6. That charge does my head in, I can understand it (partially on credit cards as the bank charge circa 2% on the transaction), but for debit cards the transaction fee is 25p on all Maestro/Switch transactions......
  7. Its slightly different though isnt it in this case. The actual issue at the centre is the need for income, clearly 18k paying £36 brings in more income than £30k paying £10 (and there is no evidence that we would get more - indeed it all points to the contrary)
  8. I shall be picking up a passport application form tomorrow for hopefully group phase games. May get permission from the bank manager for 1 little trip.... - anyone who I know from the BBE bar please dont mention to the missus
  9. You dont happen to have the deposit conditions in writing anywhere do you? If you do send them a copy along with a covering letter referring them to whatever section it is and giving them 14 days to pay the money back to you or you will take them to the small claims court. Costs £35 (i think) but you can claim that back from them. But they do need to be in breach of their conditions. And if you really want to you could probably get out of the contract as well and get a better deal by holding them to have breached their own terms.
  10. I am afraid I couldnt do my normal song starting last night due to a quite nasty chest infection. Hopefully normal service will be resumed on Sunday.
  11. We had two behind us in the first half, they didnt return in the 2nd.
  12. Nice to see he continued where he left off. IS THIS EVER GOING TO BE SORTED OUT?
  13. I await SG194 to congratulate the good citizens of Blackburn and surrounding areas on their marvellous support of the club.
  14. Often it works if you are a good customer by asking them to remove it.
  15. Yes, it is illegal for public broadcast. But not in my house.
  16. Or pay £325 for the decoder and a motorized dish (including the subscription for 6 months) then £85 for each 6 months......
  17. SHUSH!! Still i suppose thats a bit of good news, I guess we'll hear about Todd's appeal today as well.
  18. buses is innovative? newspaper advertising innovative? Ill give you the Mark Hughes phone call, none of the rest is innovative....
  19. A referee can rescind the red card if he admits to being wrong. An appeal bypasses that and asks the FA to consider whether it was right or wrong. I wonder when it will be heard? Must be tomorrow?
