  1. There was a sofa on the fifth floor landing. He sleep there. Our room was on the 2nd floor
  2. Id have thought that people would be buying in the prime viewing areas while they are so cheap. £15 or £39 (or whatever it is normally!)
  3. There probably is. We have to pay the bank 2% for credit and 25p for debit. Then we have to pay money each day to bank the damn thing electronically!
  4. They seemed to do that for everyone, it was all a bit weird. Had a top few days. Met several messageboarders - including being sat behing thenodrog on't flight home! - saw Jan from a distance (of about 6 foot!) but only found out who she was when she had gone! Top time, my head still hurts a bit. Disappointed with the messageboarders who fell asleep!
  5. Tris, when this new system was introduced it was hailed as exactly this, capable of simply being activated or deactivated for ST Holders. The original plan was to trial it for "a period" and then to roll out the extra features. I had thought that the Saltzberg match was the start of the extra usage.
  6. My only issue (and just to be picky!) is why they a) have to charge that silly £2 booking fee and why they cant activate the ST card instead of tickets
  7. quite right. I can probably even afford the babysitter!!!
  8. To be honest, I would only have done one, after various away matches. But at these prices.
  9. Quite true FLB, the biggest question is whether or not the Blackburn public respond. I certainly intend to book my three ST's onto both matches (even though the child cannot attend!)
  10. The problem SCF is that your home kit clashes with both our home and away kits. So if you played in the home kit, we wouldnt be able to wear either shirt!!
  11. Shame the front page advertises it as a "16-21/Student" discount for some reason though.
  12. "Interfering with an opponent means preventing an opponent from playing or being able to play the ball by clearly obstructing the opponent’s line of vision or movements or making a gesture or movement which, in the opinion of the referee, deceives or distracts an opponent." from http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/RulesAndRegulat...02/05/12115.htm
  13. Point 1, There is no "new" rule Point 2, Every single official I know (and believe me thats a hell of a lot of active and retired referees at high levels) things that the goal should have been disallowed, even under the alternative application.
  14. Absolutely 100% supportive of this. As a "one off" offer to guage the reaction to cheaper tickets then a reasonbly big match against Bolton is far better than the tenner offers in recent seasons against the likes of Charlton. The value on my season ticket is excellent anyways so why would someone paying a few quid less than me for one match bother me? Might take advantage to be honest, drag some friends, and get some stamps for "the card"
  15. Id have had money on you being at that ones Abbs
  16. Priority to ST holders on match tickets Lets sell it out
  17. There are 4 other teams in our group. WE play each of them once.
  18. Blackburn chief executive John Williams felt his team had a good chance of qualifying from Group E. "We have to be optimistic and the group gives us a chance," said Williams. "This competition is important for us, we have not had a good record and it is time to put that right." Each group comprises four fixtures per team, with two played at home and two away.
  19. I hadnt viewed it that way. I viewed it as a different phase of play once other players got involved. But then again, I am perhaps slightly biased, and given the confusion around this stupid thing now even amongst officials, how are we supposed to work it out!
  20. Out of interest Chuch, why do you say that?
