A game I’d never see us winning comfortably, so cue Mercer coming on here predicting a 4-0 win. Like others on here, for me has a disappointing draw written all over it.

Just seen the highlights - the defending from both Cunningham and Lenihan for the two goals was absolutely pitiful. Cunningham’ll fit right in here if he keeps that up.

We’ll continue to ship 2-3 a lot of weeks away from home. He has shown that he simply cannot sort it. Sick to the back teeth of it, and also of moaning about it!!!

Not a chance he’s hitting those figures unless he plays up top. He hasn’t really looked like scoring, Tuesday aside, apart from at Fulham. TM needs to work on him being the 1 up top - big time in training, or in a 2.

True, the squad is strong. He does seem to be looking at the Championship though, so could well have a sniff in the near future if he keeps up his form, and adds a bit more to his game.

Yeah, Wharton’s dined off a couple! As an aside, tiny bit surprised Travis isn’t in the England under 21 squad. He can’t be too far off...although perhaps best he’s flying slightly under the radar for now.

Bizarre - if he’s not even League Two standard then he’s light years away from being ready for the Championship. Will move on when his contract expires you would imagine.

Will always be the case with Graham, Downing, Dack and Gallagher up top. It’s so bloody one-paced as you say - and boring. At home too FFS. On a side note - a terrible start to the season from Dack.

They were both quality wingers - he ain’t! He’s a 6’4 striker being stuck out wide.

Happy-ish with that asides from Gallagher on the wing and Bennett at FB. Reckon we’ll be seeing both all season long though so I best get used to it.

So were the players. Remember Roberts talking about how much quality he had and saying he'd go all the way in his career. Surprised at how very little he's gone on to achieve. Usually it's what's going on between the ears that separates the good from the very good/great.

Think I owe Williams a huge apology - he’s been a revelation at centre half. Fair play to the lad. Other positives were Downing, Lenihan and Johnson (mainly second half). Only real negatives for me were Gallagher and Arma - neither are wingers and the former should be playing up top or not at all. Anyway, onwards and upwards - let’s make it 3 from 3 at the weekend. Edit: missed Bennett as a negative at RB! Duh!
