Mediocrity breeds mediocrity. With TM in charge we will remain average. He’s played Sam Gallagher on the wing all season, not at one minute could he see it doesn’t work. He’s an ex defender! Yet our defence has been awful since the minute he walked through the door. How long do we keep hold of someone who “stabilised” the club? next season already has a meh feeling about it if changes aren’t made!

I know there’s a big call for tried and tested but I would like to see John Terry given a championship job. Every appointment comes with its own risk but JT played championship football in his last few years of his career and was ex England captain. Great pedigree.

I’d love to hear how people think TM can turn it around? Don’t get me wrong I’d love to get promoted with TM at the helm but it is unrealistic. He fails to remedy out shortcomings and has never been consistent. For an ex old school defender he’s awful at sorting his defences.

If they do bang a 2 week Covid circuit breaker in that’s the perfect time to get a new man in! 2 week to work with the squad.

I hate to say it because I really thought we’d make a go of it this season but TM has had the time, he’s had the backing but he just shows he is out of his depth against the better teams. The game has changed since he had success in this division.

I’m struggling for the motivation myself in all honesty. It’s painful listening to the sob stories and pre made excuses! Hopefully a better performance today hope Lenihan is back....his twin brother was poor for the last few games!!

I just can’t see it now. I don’t see Mowbray being savvy enough to get the points on the board. The way he was going on after the Boro game you’d think we had half the u12s in the squad. That team was more than capable of beating Boro at home! His negativity rubs off on the players and it shows. How can we go from fast flowing football to boring disjointed long ball? under TM I think we will remain the nearly men. We are destined for a mid table finish, in my humble opinion.

That was awful to watch, the starting 11 wasn’t too bad but I feel the full team/coaching staff had their excuses lined up before Kick off. Gallagher is terrible, he is the total opposite to what we need up top. He needs to go bang some goals in the U23s because he is totally depleted of any confidence. Pears made a couple decent saves today but he reminds me so much of Steele......Kaminski needs to get back soon!

It’s scary!! I’d go as far to say we are a Cunningham and a decent CB off challenging for the playoffs! Shame the men that matter don’t seem to have much urgency in this area!

I’ve been away from the board for a long while, I think a transfer window over frustrated me a few years back and I haven’t been back since!! who are the ITK’s these days? Do they know if we are actively talking to defensive options at the minute?? The frustration is real, I honestly think we are a couple defensive signings away from having a team that can compete for top 6. its just a shame the people that matter don’t seem to have the same urgency/ambition!

But TM still plays him! ? We have had a full year to replace him, yet nothing! We need a new CB but again nothing. TM and Waggot have to shoulder the blame. its Criminal!!

Is there anyone who actually believes Bell is good enough at this level? TM can’t honestly be the only on that deluded to think he Is?

Their goals look like good goals but how much time were they given? We concede 2/3 goals week in week out. It’s criminal we haven’t addressed this issue!

I have to agree, it almost has a preseason feel to it all! Even at 34 it should feel like Xmas day with a new nicely folded Rovers shirts at the end of my bed and a copious amount of beer tokens in the pocket!
