It was nice to see Stuart Broad play a Bothamlike innings yesterday - brave, good striking including an awful lot of luck. I've felt embarrassed for him for god knows how many innings in recent times.

SPOILER ALERT!! I agree, 7 episodes just wasn't long enough to justify the story. It's like they rushed through the whole thing and couldn't wait to get it finished (though not quite as bad as Rome 2005-07) The way Littlefinger died didn't sit well either - too rushed and seemed like the whole thing wasn't thought through properly. He was far too conniving to go in such a simple way - that whole episode with the sisters didn't make much sense. As for the CGI fest .. . noooooooooooooooooooooooo! It seems to have become like modern day consoles - all graphics and no gameplay. Overall season 7 has been the worst one so far. But like the Matrix film series I feel it's only going to get worse. . . .R.I.P. G.O.T.

Obviously there are only streams of games that are being shown live on TV somewhere and since the much anticipated VenkSport India channel didn't materialise and the guy that used to stream from the stands has 'disappeared', live Rovers games are going to continue to be rarely available. So iFollow or Ceefax?? For those that have iFollow (in the UK but want to watch the games) - I presume that you have to sign up via a non UK IP address (VPN) to gain access to the actual picture stream? Though I must admit, I'm not keen on paying 130 for a full year. On Rovers Player you could pay monthly and cancel at any time, yet on iFollow there seems to be no monthly stream pass and 6 for a game pass which seems a bit steep.

It makes sense in regards to wrapping up the match asap. But at the same time - this test is also about giving some practice to newer test match players like Stoneman, Malan, Westley . . A likely innings win would obviously mean no batting practice for those guys.

How is the iFollow stream? Is it like the old days when you could often find a one camera Rovers stream from the 'usual sites'.? Albeit for 'free'. Perhaps someone will start streaming iFollow, lol, like the good old days? Without Player gone and being in the 3rd division (meaning bigger teams like Preston etc. taking priority on Radio Lancs) I guess some of us that don't live in the local area most or all of the year will become even more distant.

Surely you can minimise costs by taking a packed lunch and not drinking so much Plus, you can't walk down the pier or go troglodyte watching on iFollow.

I thought £4.95 a month for 'Player' was stretching it a bit (as I didn't use it so much). So I'm a bit reluctant to sign up for something triple the cost. Might have to go back to the days of 'watching on Ceefax'.
