  1. Mowbray is a "middle of the road" manager. And we all know what happens if you keep standing in the middle of the road....He's not "terrible" - compared to K**n/Coyle - but his record is just 2 promotions in 18 years of almost continuous management. At most of his clubs there has been a death spiral of results - WBA relegated bottom, Celtic in an unprecented 5th position, Boro closer to the bottom of the Championship than they've ever been and Coventry no win the opening 10 games. He has form for this.
  2. Lose at Cardiff and that's 1 win in a third of the season. And it's not even the first appalling run under this manager.
  3. Utterly clueless and gutless performance. Absolutely no positives to take from the afternoon except Rotherham losing. I can see the away game at Rotherham being the relegation decider and with this disorganised rabble of physically weak, mentally demoralised, leaderless, half-hearted (if even that) bunch of players I can only see Rotherham putting us down. Mowbray has to go NOW!
  4. Wishful thinking that Mowbray will walk away without his payoff.
  5. So many players who are contributing absolutely NOTHING. Douglas, Johnson, Trybull, Dolan and Rothwell/Holtby to name just 5. Just waiting for the usual avalanche of changes on 60 Mins before the performance becomes even more clueless and chaotic. For Bournemouth it's a stroll in the park. Probably finishes 0-3.
  6. Brereton has nothing other than head-down dribbling sideways. No footballing intelligence or vision. Lacks pace and confidence. Needs to be either sold this summer (if anyone is stupid enough to take him) or let go at the end of his contract next summer. He's had more than enough chances here.
  7. Owners don't care and are pig-ignorant. Mowbray and Maggott are in a pact to just eke out a bit more time on a good salary or pick up their compo in the unlikely event Venkys even realise or care about what's happening.
  8. Absolutely sick of watching this! Mowbray has not got a clue and the prospects for next season with him in charge are absolutely terrifying.
  9. Brereton is utter crap. One of the most useless contributions I've seen from any player in this increasingly dismal season.
  10. He's either totally delusional or just giving a spin to Pune (in the unlikely event they're even listening)
  11. Did us a favour by not giving a pen for Johnsons lunge on the byeline.
  12. More likely he could lose 8 of the next 9 and still be in post next season.
  13. We wish!! In reality he'll stagger on till November when we're 6 points adrift at the bottom. Then he can pick up his compo to the end of his contract next summer.
  14. Same every match. Opponents just sit off and wait for the inevitable give-away in midfield from Douglas, Johnson, Trybull, Lenihan, Kaminski, Rothwell just to name the usual culprits. Its like taking sweets off a baby.
  15. So true...and so ominous for next season.
  16. Utterly shite. Wouldn't score if they played till next month. Mowbray is achieving nothing. Going down next season if he's still in charge.
  17. I wish he did. Unfortunately he thinks he's a tactical genius.
  18. Give Armstrong a rest as losing him for an extended period would be a disaster. Put Brereton central with Dack behind as No10. Playing Dack in any other position is ridiculous.
  19. Finding out why there's an epidemic of hamstring injuries at this club and worse than anywhere else should be the first item on his agenda.
  20. The experience picked up by Magloire and Chapman will be useful in League 1 next season. But Chapman won't stick around if Mowbray is still here.
  21. Well into 6 figures, but he will still be wanting a full payoff for the remainder of his contract because that's what multimillionaires do. How much of that does he give to charities for the less fortunate, I wonder. Talk is cheap but we've got used to that with Mowbray.
  22. Rotherham very impressive against an admittedly pathetic Wednesday who threw away their point with a series of dire incidents in added time. I certainly don't fancy Rovers chances against Rotherham away in late April. Rovers are WELL AND TRULY in the RELEGATION scrap now. I fear that Mowbrayvs purity possession football with a wobbly defence and a hamstrung Armstrong will complete that "journey" back to League 1 and God knows where from there.
