  1. The Small Faces - The Universal
  2. Jason Donovan - Sealed With a Kiss I'm not posting the video of that one though!
  3. Squeeze - Take Me I'm Yours
  4. I can't remember exactly when Bailey went tbh, whether it was before or after Howard joined Rovers. One thing is certain though, Kendall didn't sign Bailey for Everton, whcih made that link different to the many other examples that had been given in the post of football managers signing their 'favourite' players. Cloughie was famous for it and signed John McGovern three times I think.
  5. In that case I think I'll go back to my old habit of posting a link to the songs I post, save you the bother of searching for them :) Bad Manners - Lip Up Fatty
  6. Your point is well made Leonard but I'm pretty sure Bailey had already gone to Everton before Howard managed them.
  7. Sleeping Wolf - You Don't Know What Its Like
  8. Ben Harper - She's Only Happy In The Sun
  9. Nick Drake - Clothes of Sand
  10. I also tweeted him and didn't get blocked. Mine was along the lines of "Tony has taken us as far as he can. Time for a new man to speed the journey up"

  12. Donovan - Season of the Witch
  13. Barbara Mills - Queen of Fools
  14. Terrific 6 wicket win for England today. Had a shock when I woke to a scoreboard that SL had been bowled out for 120-odd. Interesting stat as well. This is the first time in test match history that all the wickets in one innings were to seam and all the wickets in the other innings were to spin. India will be a much tougher proposition but with Stokes and Archer to come in, could be a close series.
  15. I would have him at Ewood, and judging by his comments when we played them, he'd jump at the chance!
  16. Aye it was bloody freezing on that open terrace
  17. The Style Council - Can You Still Love Me?
  18. The Jam, The Police and many others. 78-80 was an amazing time for gigs in Blackburn.
  19. I was at that gig as well. KGH attracted all the top bands in those days.
