  1. The Electric Light Orchestra - One Summer Dream
  2. Downing for me, by some distance.
  3. Not that it really matters but Flintoff in my humble opinion is a fair way behind the other two. I think we’ll give Sir Ian the nod, given his prowess at football as well ?
  4. Ben Stokes’ performance in every aspect of the game was unbelievable, and in some ways surpassed his Headingley innings, given that he produced excellence with bat, ball and in the field this time. Immense!
  5. Captain Sensible - Happy Talk
  6. Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers - I Won't Back Down
  7. I had a feeling you hadn’t realised mate, it’s not like you not to support this sort of initiative ?
  8. Can’t agree with this Tom. Being done for an excellent reason and much more eye catching than simply having a minute’s applause or silence on the day.
  9. The Zombies - Time of the Season
  10. Department S - Is Vic There?
  11. Indeed. He is a class act and reminded me so much of Gordon Cowans, who was also terrific for us
  12. Which is exactly why we should be potting him Tony. Venkys may provide money but they provide absolutely zero leadership.
  13. The Beatles - Dizzy Miss Lizzy
  14. It happens a lot Stuart
  15. Small Faces - Song of a Baker
  16. Not really a shame, other than it’s obviously sad for the weir family. Colin knew his days were numbered and made special provision for the Jags. They are luckier than most clubs of that size in Scotland.
  17. Dexys Midnight Runners - Keep It (Part One)
  18. The Beatles - Run For Your Life
  19. Or get promoted with us, which would definitely be great.
  20. Merry Christmas to everyone who contributes to this site, as someone who is only able to get to a few games a year it is a real lifeline to what is going on at the club, from the match updates from the junior Rovers team games, to the first team info. We may disagree at times but we all have one thing in common: we support the best and most successful town football club in the history of the game. Rovers till I die.
  21. Simply Red - Turn It Up
  22. This made me laugh out loud, good work matey
  23. There’s little point speculating. Apart from anything else none of us actually know Dack’s pain threshold and modern footballers do tend to squeal a lot at the best of times, so I wouldn’t make any judgements on that. Hopefully it won’t be as bad as feared.
  24. A la Howard Kendall's 1980 side, which was a joy to watch.
  25. The Who - Tommy Can You Hear Me?
