  1. I'm a Chief Executive, albeit of a smaller organisation than The Rovers. I delegate responsibility but I sure as hell don't abdicate it. 95% of the time I don't need to be hands on, but if there's anything particularly important (e.g. involving the regulator or a H & S matter) I will make a risk assessment and on that basis decide whether my presence is required. In this case I am pretty sure I would not have travelled to Birmingham in Waggott's position and I think it is a huge error of judgement on his part.
  2. That's the one that bypasses his PA
  3. Tracy Santa - Fly A great cover of a Nick Drake song
  4. Mr Tater, you’re a Master Baiter
  5. Helene Smith - Thrills and Chills
  6. Tracie - The House That Jack Built
  7. I think someone mentioned him earlier in the thread, but given what we are short of, Chris Martin might be a cheap option until the end of the season.
  8. Kirsty McColl - There's A Guy Works Down The Chip Shop Swears He's Elvis
  9. I think the lad puts a shift in, he just isn’t good enough really.
  10. One thing’s for sure - we need Diaz back for the last 20 games of the season!
  11. It wouldn’t be deadline day without them mate 😂😂
  12. Just seen a medical envelope with ‘L Toni’ on the front of it?
  13. Samba’s debut if I remember correctly
  14. It’s closer to Ray Charles (What I’d Say) than I would have felt comfortable with if I’d written it tbh.
  15. The Who - Bald Headed Woman
  16. His biggest problem was he was a chicken. Pat Rice sorted him out.
  17. At least Ronnie scored a goal for us. McKinnon scored an own goal so ended up leaving us owing us a bloody goal!
  18. Not music as such but we went to see Peter Kay last night. He's lost a lot of weight and seems to have aged more than the five years it has been since I last saw him in anything. He was still funny though, if a little formulaic.
  19. Heinz Burt - Just Like Eddie
  20. Paul Weller - In Better Times
  21. The Good, The Bad and The Queen - Kingdom of Doom
  22. Steve Harley and Cockney Rebel - Mister Soft
  23. Is that true? I always thought Friedel forced the move due to his unfortunate financial problems?
