I’m coming down for this, my first visit to Ewood in quite a while (thanks to winning the BRFCS subscribers raffle and a couple of days extra holidays in lieu from work). I gave up my season ticket about 4 or 5 years ago so does anyone know how I go about getting into Blues Bar for a pint before the game? Can you pay on the door or do you still need to be a ST holder to get in?

Not really Jim. Many of the wins in the summer came about by England chasing down big totals which had previously been thought unattainable. Its more about being generally aggressive and attacking in all areas. We certainly don't have a Warne or a peak McGrath to fall back on but we do have multiple match winners.

Spot on. My Scottish friends don’t believe me but I did say on our works do on Friday night that if I was given the choice of England beating France or Rovers beating the nobbers I would take a Rovers win every day of the week and twice on a Sunday.

I’m going to assume the above is sarcasm, otherwise I don’t know what to make of it. We are simply Blackburn Rovers supporters who want the best for our club, which is winning games and at least putting up a fight in those we don’t win. No more, no less. It’s not complicated really.

Yes I agree with this up to a point. There are definitely going to be games going forward that England lose when they shouldn't do. All part of the risk and reward strategy I suppose. Let's just hope it doesn't cost us the ashes.
