  1. Hardly any do as it is.
  2. Almost feels like they don’t give a shit.
  3. For his sake I hope he can and does.
  4. I was going to quote the same but. Absolutely inexcusable both should resign by the 7th when our appeal is denied. The audacity to leave your primary responsibility of your role to another to blunder. Both men must go!
  5. We need to face the facts that most of our business hinges on premier league clubs deciding players are excess. That often happens after they’ve Ben knocked out of various cups where minutes are no longer available to fringe players. It’s mental to think we can just loan any player when we’re ready. We’re not coming in with bids that make a premier side have to consider our offer. The only sides we can boss are league one or two, but those players are unproven. If we want the lower level premier players we have to wait for those clubs…then hope the player wants to step down a level…then find a way to cover their wage. Until we’re a premier league side again our business will always be late. Or in this case too late.
  6. Probably excited about the prospect of connan o Brian joining the side
  7. Someone forgot to print out one set of signature pages for both deals.
  8. And risky injury whilst also not going up? Take the contract mate
  9. He should have fouled the lad that was by him.
  10. Spend 7 million on a striker as an "investment" but then fail to tie him down to a contract so that investment leaves on a free.
  11. Still scratching my head about this one. Since there’s no purchase option, this is a short term loan to help us make the playoffs…ok. So then we rate the player highly enough to think he can help push us on. But he’s coming from a team fighting relegation in the same division…they’re not really in a position to loan out impact players. Something doesn’t add up. Why would ‘uttersfield loan him out after extending him in the summer? If they don’t believe in him, sell him…if they do you’d think they’d need him to stay up.
  12. Too bad there’s no purchase option. Seems a stretch a player who can’t find minutes for a relegation side will provide much short term boost. Know he was good last year so Hope I’m wrong, but would be happier if we had an option to buy
  13. Happily take Mbappe and fill the rest of our squad with academy kids.
  14. FA cup next…thing Pears was always going to start it.
  15. As poor as we played, put the point in the bag and move on. Hard to see where the goals are going to come from. Ben off for the better half of a month and that’s before committing to another side. Vale isn’t at this level and we all know Sam’s limitations. Happy for Dacky but he’s not going to carry the load the rest of the way. We need a proper center forward in the worst way. Also obvious we need a more attacking central midfielder. Morton, Bucko, Trav and Garret all suited to be in a deeper role. Thought Wharton did well for being out of favor for a while.
  16. Worse than not offering him a contract, think of the wankers we signed. We could somehow afford to pay Downing to play left back, Trybull on loan, Holtby, and even pay Mulgrew to not play for us. That 2020-21 squad and wage bill is an underline on Mowbary lunacy
  17. Can only hope so. Desperately need attacking players in
  18. Would have great wage to have him on…TM would go on and on about how he will come hood and scored loads in training.
  19. Sure but it would be a favorable contract and wage if we had
  20. The time to sell Diaz was in the summer but the club was a captainless ship. With only 6 months on his deal no one is going to offer anything near what we value him at or what value he provides the side. He’s going to cash in as a free in the summer. Get to choose where to go…good on him he deserves it and our fault for not tying him down 18 or 24 months ago.
  21. Yes a big igor that can finish crosses and hood the ball up. There are times we’re playing around in the back and when we do get it forward it’s almost immediately lost. Competition for Gally is needed as he’s not good enough to be handed a spot every week.
  22. Issue is we mostly creat chances on the counter with space behind. It’s rare and we don’t really have the players to finish crosses or beat players 1 v 1 on the wing. It’s why we struggle when teams park the bus and why we can’t score when we go down.
  23. At minimum there should be competition. Currently there is none. When he’s fit he’s one of the first names on the sheet.
  24. What does it take to find a better footballer than Gally or Hirst up top? Surely there are 100s out there. I don’t enjoy knocking Gally because he works so hard, but he’s just not technically good enough. Hirst is 1/4 the player of Gally.
