Ref F’ed the match but TM got it wrong from the start. Gally back out wide, Buckley and Rothwell set deep. Couple that with both backs and our most defensive mid out it’s no wonder this is the result.
-
Have any of the subs?
-
Diaz could again at the top of the box. Total wanker this ref
-
Linesman both literally and figuratively taking a piss
-
Kaminski is F’n murdered on that t
-
Lucky not to be 2 down
-
And promptly gave it away
-
Lenihan losing his shit trying to play two clowns down the right side.
-
Did you see the shot of the linesman on bbd offside call…lads 220 lbs
-
Penalty. All day
-
Lenihan brings it down and plays it to Gally and he just runs away.
-
Wtf was jrc doing there? Even if he didn’t want it into the crowd there was no one in the box to play it to first time.
-
That pudgy assistant ref could have flagged the offside a bit earlier know. BBD was clearly behind the line
-
Travis would have tracked the runner through the middle. He’s been off his best but he always tracks and defends.
-
The long ball before the goal from Lenihan should have been a goal for us
-
Kaminski should have come and caught the long ball, then jrc is a ghost, followed by no one tracking a runner in mid. Bad all the way around.

January Transfer window 2022

He was always a better central player, but Dack kept him out of the line up. The old formation didn't suit Rothwell very well as the attacking mid was playing off a target man, not asked to carry the ball forward as he is now. I also think Rothwell has really improved upon his defensive work. Before Dack was playing more of a free number 10 role and Rothwell did fine with his cameos filling in, but he wasn't really trusted with much defensive reloadabilities. That's been his biggest improvement this campaign. The idea that Dack could step in for Rothwell seems off to me, as I think Rothwell currently provides more defensive cover than Dack traditionally has. -

The boy needs to be playing games. His confidence is clearly shaken too. I think a loan where he gets consistent playing time would suit him. If we bring in more wide players, he's only going to fall further down the line. -

I'd guess only a side wanting to destabilize us would make an offer as others would just wait to get him on a free in half a year. Very surprise he hasn't gotten a pre-contract offer from the SPL. He could agree to such a deal, and get his bonus if we win promotion. Further, Rangers or whoever, could offer higher wages since they wouldn't have to pay a fee. -

With Maglorie following Carter out on loan, I have to imagine we will line up an CB to come in to provide depth. Currently we only have 4 CB for the 3 on the pitch. Naymbe can provide cover if needed, but with him and Lenihan out of contract, and JPVH set to return at the end of the year, it would make sense to bring someone in on a permanent basis. -

If there’s one facet of the game to be crap at, I’d take thrown ins. Just get the ball back in play. -

Form and confidence in players and teams will ebb and flow over the course of a season. What must remain consistent to achieve promotion is effort and organization. We haven’t been at our best for the last few weeks, but we’ve kept up the effort and organization. Form will return soon enough -

Have to imagine the match being played behind closed doors helped us see it out. After the shambolic red to Naymbe, a fanatic crowd of supports would have really added to the pressure. -

Defensively we were great. Only one difficult save for Kaminski all day. Probably could have played another 45 and Cardiff wouldn’t have scored. -

Depends on how long TM thinks he needs to integrate with his style of play
