For me he needs to be put on a par with our top earner and given a 5 year contract. Make sure he knows he is first taxi off the rank and phase him into the first team over the next 12/18 months. Yes, RN is first and foremost a defender. A much better defender than Brittain. So, it depends what you want....RN has a roughly 80%+ tackle success opposed to CB around 70%......whereas CB has 8 assists in the last 2 seasons and RN just the one. If JDT intends on a 4 then he should have kept RN and the bonus of him being able to fill in RCB, or if its a 352 then Brittain is better. I prefer RN personally and believe that Mogadon should have worked on his assists instead of pissing him about putting Bennett in etc...
