  1. Innovative tactic putting a ball into the box when you have a big lump up front.
  2. I can't imagine any photograph that would give me a lower opinion of waggot
  3. Still trying to workout Arsenal's red card yesterday.
  4. Best club on that list, good relationship with Liverpool in terms of loans, Beck here already, he'll get plenty of minutes as we desperately need a striker. I'd say if we were serious about it we'd be in a very strong position to win it. But like you said, probably not true.
  5. Good win and 4 winnable games coming up should see us hit 50 points a good while sooner than we were predicting at the start of the season.
  6. Same, heard good things about him and he's looked decent in cup games for Liverpool. Seems confident but with a good attitude
  7. Wolves at home. A winnable Premier league tie. Hopefully they'll have one eye on staying in the Premier league.
  8. Christ i thought he was a good 5 years older when he was here. That's a criminal loss of ability.
  9. They deserved nout out of that
  10. Some shocking passing in the final third
  11. It's hard to judge the quality of united players because playing for united seems to ruin players. Sancho is a prime example looked significantly better before and after united. If they signed a decent player he'd automatically be half as good the second he pulls on a united shirt. Something is rotten at the club - no matter the coach or the players they just can't get back to where they were and it's fantastic
  12. Pep has always been called a cheque book manager so I was surprised I'd not seen this before but 'Guardiola' translated from Catalan (where he is from) to English means 'piggybank'
  13. If only official attendance figures were counted based on numbers left at the start of the second half. Saints could have been counted on one hand.
  14. They could be 3 or 4 down. Good to see
  15. Don't know about anyone else but I don't mind this new format for the CL. I found the group stages to be a bit meh the last few seasons. Liverpool vs Real Madrid was a cracking game to watch. Also great to see city lose a 3 goal lead.
  16. It's dull isn't it. I saw a clip on Facebook of one of their forest goals where they did 4000 passes in a row, the first 80% of the clip was being shown at 2x speed and I was still bored.
  17. City have a squad where you could put out two starting 11s and both should compete for the title. There's no hiding behind injuries when you have the squad thay City have and the money they have spent.
  18. Shit ref so hard to tell if its influenced his decision making.
  19. Appropriate username as well
  20. I can understand the logic of saying that managers must be eligible to represent the country in the same way players must be eligible but whilst we are allowed to appoint whoever we want we should go out and get the best we can get. I'd rather win something with a foreign manager than lose trying to make Lampard a good manager. Happy with Tuchel as something different. Decent manager let's hope he can get a tune out of this squad. He'll have to hit the ground running I reckon as it won't take people long to turn on a German manager getting a bad result for England
  21. I think what scares me a little bit is not what AI can do currently (although some is mind blowing) but that we're really only at the beginning. What does it look like in 10 years time?
  22. On commentary I think it was Dixon who said "How do you get, Kane, Foden, Palmer, Saka, Gordon, Bellingham in the same team" (I swear he listed another 2 or 3 players as well). The short answer is - Don't! Don't even try. We could probably pick 11 attackers for those front 4 positions. Doesn't mean we should otherwise Grealish is in goal. Pick the best front 4 and put them on the pitch. The rest provide competition and some may have to miss out completely.
  23. Man utd just seems to be a grave yard for players at the moment. So many examples but sancho illustrates it perfectly. Brilliant for Dortmund, shocking for Utd, performing again for Chelsea The club ruins players. Garnacho was the only one who came out with any credit for me yesterday.
