  1. Liverpool midfield is too offensive. Last year they had a balance but Gravenberch has been given too much licence to get forward where as last season he was an absolute beast at holding. Salah is a passenger. To be honest he was a passenger for 85 mins a game last season but there would be a 5 minute spell where he'd turn it on and get a goal. Wirtz hasn't hit the ground running and has been a passenger. Isak is only now fit enough to play a full game having missed pre season but I'd be miffed if I was Ekitike and playing second fiddle. Chiesa is under rated Their left back isn't setting the world alight. Kept not overlapping today. I'd give Robertson a stint. New signings are struggling to bed in - get Robertson (the vice captain) on the pitch. In short, too many passengers and things just not clicking.
  2. Bellingham only just back from injury isn't he? Foden had a couple of good games out of the last 40 odd. Wharton should be in and starting.
  3. I'm sure you'd get plenty of willing donors to chip in without announcing any plans. A simple promise that something is coming would have people put their hands in their pockets giving to a go fund me page or something similar.
  4. Glory glory man utd
  5. When that type of joke gets taken seriously by so many that's when you know just what a cluster fuck of a situation we're in
  6. They should go in hard on the club now. In for a penny in for a pound.
  7. We're fucked - we've been given a deadline to adhere to.
  8. Long throws wind me up. Everyone thinks they've got a long throw in their locker. Rory delap used to ping them in better than taking a corner, you see players do them these days and they barely make it to the edge of the box.
  9. I've thought this from the snippets ove seen of city. Haaland is a specimen of a striker, pace, power, touch, finishing he's got everything yet for the past two seasons he's been told to get in the box and score tap ins. Very good but a waste of his talents. I've seen a lot more of him running at players running with the ball etc which is better to watch. Then there's the keeper, a complete contrast to edersen in terms of ball at feet which suggests that isn't the most important thing for a city keeper anymore. I think we might see a sexier man city this season.
  10. Quality and fitness. There's no point having versatility in the treatment room. JRC was often highlighted as someone who provided versatility in the squad but you could only have him in 5 game bursts before getting injured.
  11. Got your 20 ejaculations out the way yet?
  12. Some people have the club they deserve
  13. Are the rumours true that wilsdenrover has been given an honorary doctorate in law from the University of Dehli?
  14. You can't take the company push bike on the M6
  15. With the variety of player brought in from obscure leagues, connections to kean and close relationship with Pasha it makes you wonder which agents may or may not have their feet under the table. Or Gestede is a recruitment mastermind with European wide knowledge

  17. I wonder how much we spend on hush money as a club? I get it if youre a lower level employee, we've all got families to feed and bills to pay, I just hope that one day they pick on the wrong person who then takes them to a very costly employment tribunal and / or goes public. They need to pick on someone like Glen who knows his shit, can back up his points and knows how to tread carefully regarding what can have him in court for liable. Has anyone else seen glassdoor jobs where you can semi-anonymously review your employer. Might be worth some of our ex employees thinking about...
  18. Whether it was pornhub or Rovers transfer news, Mike was watching a shafting.
  19. And played with a bit of pride. What he lacked in natural ability he made up for in work rate. Man Utd fans had a snobby attitude to McTominay but he's what they need and is the complete opposite of what they've filled their squad with. Maybe his reputation suffered from being paired with Fred for so long. Wasn't an inspiring partnership.
  20. No idea. Maybe not. But a £70m + striker not taking one of the first 9 penalties against a league 2 club is embarrassing.
  21. Did anyone notice sesko was 10th penalty taker last night? Either the guy has has put himself there or the coaching staff put him last. Either way not a ringing endorsement of your big money striker.
  22. May we all take a moment to laugh at Man utd fans
  23. I agree with this. The authorities should have stepped in when there was a stink of agents running the club. They should also be keeping a watchful eye on the court case situation but as yet we've not defaulted on anything. The fact that they keep pulling the rug from underneath anyone who gets within a sniff of 6th spot is just bad business but not illegal. The EFL can't come along and demand more of the Adam Wharton money be spent on transfers.
  24. But his alternative options as a footballer is possibly dropping down to league 1 and becoming a lower league journeyman. Cash in whilst he can.
