Out of the two games I would have targeted Reading as “easier” for Armstrong/Brereton to make the difference. TBH I’m starting to think that D&G are only particularly effective as a pair rather than individually anyway.

For what it’s worth, Mowbray said in his post match interview that Dack’s knock is still troubling him, he only trained one day this week and almost didn’t make the bench whilst Graham is feeling the games a bit and looking fatigued. (or words to that effect)

Didn’t Brentford get nearly 3 years each out of Rosler, Warburton and Smith with just a couple of caretakers (Carsley etc) in-between? I may be remembering that wrong but I certainly wouldn’t call that instability (certainly not by our standards anyway)
