  1. It's frankly diabolical taking him on full stop. The guy will need games to get up to speed in the reserves which he'll need paying for and it is highly likely he'll break down before fit enough for the first team. Absolute joke that we are even considering it. If only we had owners that took an interest, they would spot the idiocy of it a mile of.
  2. Absolutely delighted for the boy, but also makes me sad that he's no longer ours. I'm fully aware if he was he'd be now near the squad by the way, but I still feel we should have had a couple more years out of him. Anyway lad, go and make a name for yourself, win it for us but never forget your roots!!
  3. Perhaps they have been outed and sacked or maybe, simply fuck all has happened of any note to post
  4. I'm also pretty sure after the above was posted, someone, probably Chaddy, asked Nixon and his response was not a name I've heard, or was that Venus. There's so much pissing about in the backroom team I've lost track.
  5. Quick search on him has uncovered links to Alex Neill. Neill amongst favourites for Birmingham job so maybe he's headed there to replace Park who's headed here!!
  6. He is. Henderson left out
  7. Agree with most of what you say, however I will say if Norwich needed anything from their game, they would have got it and we'd stay up anyway. I think Leicester tried harder than any of the other teams playing the relegation threatened teams.
  8. I dont have Instagram..what has he actually said?
  9. He gets a lot of stick but I like the guy(his wife is another matter)He's worked hard throughout his career and got some fantastic rewards. Would love a few with his attitude in our squad.
  10. Only stuck £20 on as I'm not a complete idiot. Of course I would much rather be in our position than Plymouth, brum or Sheffield but fair play to those who are relaxed about the situation based on the bookies rarely getting it wrong, cos I'm shitting bricks.
  11. To be fair I posted a couple of days ago I had done this. With Ipswich win or draw added against Hull. I got 28/1 with an odds boost
  12. But they do occasionally 😵‍💫. Leicester to win the prem 5000/1, Brereton Diaz to score 20 goals 1000/1. Rovers to go down at only 18/1. Its worrying times.
  13. I agree Hull are our best hope. And you're right about brum. I have a mate who's a big blue nose and he messaged me yesterday to say they are fucked. I told him exactly what you said about them always escaping at the death. Think Southampton in the Premier league era.
  14. Tbf you could argue Sheffield Wednesday are due a defeat
  15. I'm not even sure Eustace thinks its 3 to be fair. Unless as times gone on he's decided to include it, but he didn't initially include the Stoke result as his
  16. Brum, Plymouth Leicester to win, Sheffield wed on a double chance. Also had Ipswich double chance tonight as that could be crucial. Really need Hull to win so Wagner can't play a weak side next week. I know I've bet against my own team before we go down that road but I've a thick skin and ill take the pelters all day long.
  17. I've just got 28/1 betting on all the outcomes of games that could affect us. Just one needs to fail and I'm £20 lighter but we stay up. I hope I'm £20 lighter.
  18. Tough ask but could really do with Hull beating Ipswich this weekend to keep pressure on baggies and especially Norwich. You know what there manager did whist in charge of Huddersfield in our relegation to league 1 season. They play big club on the last day.
  19. I'll be honest I can't remember what they did last year?? What was it?
  20. He's had as many wins as our clown manager in a lot less games.
  21. I think it's probably fair to say that Martin was screwed last night in injury time. Too far off the automatic spots now and well clear of 7th so it's the play offs for them. Hopefully they take their foot off the gas for this weekend and rest a couple.
  22. Eustace himself hasn't even claimed the stoke game as his, because it wasn't and he knows it wasn't. But let's go with it for a moment. He came down in the second half when we were 3-1 up. That's how it finished. So the most you can give him in your world of delusion is a 0-0 and 1point.
  23. In a pre match interview for Birmingham he was asked about his first game in charge being against his former club. I don't recall him correcting the interviewer saying it was his second after Stoke. So yes, it's on to Cardiff to see if he can chalk up his first win. Not much new manager bounce going on here. I seem to recall he took time to get going at brum initially before he turned it round. We desperately need that first win on the board or we will be in a dogfight before you know it
