That's why I've been thinking that maybe Gerrard could work even though I'm not really a fan of him overall... Big part of me just feels bringing any new manager in at this point would likely upset the balance, they're going to want to implement new things and change others, Just feel best not to rock the boat anymore right now and maybe the current remaining backroom team deserve to see the rest of the season out and keep things running as they have been whilst we're still in serious contention for a play off spot, then bring in a new head coach in the summer But obviously If our form plummets and we fall away then yeh roll the dice and bring someone new in sooner
