Climate catastrophe
Armchair supporter supremo replied to philipl's topic in I Can't Believe It's Not Football
Number of children per household! Bloody hell. I was watching Michael Palins latest documentary about Nigeria yesterday and honestly it's absolutely mind blowing how many children people have over their(commonly between 5-20! Per wife, but a man can have more than one wife...) I think they estimate Nigerias population alone is heading for around the half a 500 million mark. It's country's like that that make all our attempts at being more environmentally friendly seem futile -
Normally looks aren't my concern at all when looking for a new (or very used! In my case π) practicality and reliability are my priorities everytime(which again is why I wouldn't even consider an ev right now) I just meant that if I did have money to burn and could afford something more luxurious then a mustang would be my option, although if I was wealthy my main car would be a big diesel Ford Ranger (sorry π€·ββοΈπ if got a lot of dogs and do a lot of odd jobs) the electric mustang would just be for when i fancy cruising about in something nice. P. S Yes I do like a ford, even if they aren't what they used to be π

Not gonna lie I saw one of the latest Electric Ford Mustangs the other dayπ€€π€€ if I was rich and had money to burn I definitely would hahaha But the current standard everyday EVs just do nothing for me and I wouldnβt touch Tesla with a barge pole (blandest most generic looking cars around to my eyes) For me at this current time though I still just see them as expensive gadgets mainly for those that just have to have the latest thing!

Any confirmation that we did actually have a future sell on clause in the deal with palace? I'm sure i remember 1 or 2 ITKers on here say that we didn't. And that it was pretty much just all cash upfront and maybe just a few mill in apearance related fees -
I think he could be just what we need, Wahlstadt and the young gks coming through would benfit from having a quality experienced gk to learn from and Pears is still shite for me, the occasional once in a blue moon good performance won't change that! On a short term deal signing Ruddy on a free would be a no brainer for me

I'm hoping MGP moves into coaching, he'd be a great example of an absolute pro for the younger lads to be inspired by -

I recall @glen9mullan saying Tugay wouldn't even take part in a charity game unless he was paid well and treat like royalty... So i doubt he'd take a role like this unless he was being offered a small fortune Unless there is more to the role than the random tweets imply then it does all seem pretty pointless and just a deflectory tactic as others here have said -

The Raya to arsenal deal! Are they contractually commited to buy him(at the agreed price)? I know he's been getting a lot of game time but arsenal fans don't seem very convinced by him, especially at the price they could be paying. Just wondering if Arsenal might just end up saying thanks, but no thanks! And choose to invest all the doe in a different keeper Which would obviously leave us still forever waiting for that elusive raya windfallπ (which would only end up being spent to pay for the matchday stewards underpants anyway) -

Can we please now just stick with a back 4. non of this 3 at the back sheiite. Blackburn in my lifetime have only ever done consistently well when we've had a solid back 4. -

Try justifying it all you like, it's still pathetic to bet against your own team. There's literally millions of other bets you could put on other things. -
