  1. Mike Sheron would/will be promoted to head coach.
  2. What are the chances of the efl just letting it through purely out of sympathy for us long suffering fans And if it was done deliberately (for whatever reason) it would also be a slap in the face to whoever sabotaged it if it was green lit now
  3. that's a fair point! I do remember that exact statement being made, So you would at least think that it should now at least be easy for them to find the specific point where those procedures were not followed (and by whom)
  4. I also feel that out of all the major players at Ewood GB is the least to blame and the only one thats actually been doing his job well (ie. identifying players to sign and convincing them to join us!) It's clearly those around and above him that all have their own agendas and are doing their utmost to bring the club (further) down! Even Tommason(who I'm generally a fan of) is lucky to be in job purely for footballing reasons and the clubs awful league results. But sadly I think Broughton will be the one that is made the fall guy(again) as he seems to be quite dignified and willing to take the blame for other peoples fk ups.
  5. I like Solskjaer, but he's very much in the JDT mold so I doubt he'd last long here
  6. Where's the talk that Gb has gone come from?
  7. I'm holding out a tiny bit of hope that they can all get together and work their shit out so they can at least all put the energys into putting up a good relegation fight👊👊👊 then once we're safe they can all just civily go their own ways But as we all know from experience things rarely happen in a respectable grown up fasion under the Raos. (I mean if the rumours are right we've still got the McGuire time bomb to publicly go off yet if he doesn't get clearance!!)
  8. Exactly my first thought, non of them have the personality or ability to manage even the odd game! A few years ago i might have suggested Damien Johnson because he seemed to be on a trajectory to become a manager one day(or at least assistant) but he seems to have gone right off the radar in recent years
  9. Jesus wept. Just switched footy focus on to have a catch up of what's going on in the prem.... Only to find them banging on and on about the womens premier league... Who actually givest a shit? And if you do... Why??
  10. They'll be banging out a bullet proof non disclosure agreement for tommason right now to go along with his "resignation" package. Seriously they genuinely seem to spend more on expensive solicitors and legal issues than they do player signings
  11. Oh! And I've a sneaky suspicion Gallagher will sign a new deal in the coming weeks
  12. I just cant get my head around the official rovers Facebook comments of the signings! Particularly with Flecks! You'd think we'd have signed messi(seriously!) what planet are these people from!? You'd assume they were just naive kids posting or somat... But no they're bloody mostly adults. And the even slightly pessimistic/realistic comment that gets made causes a wich hunt against you! Just pathetic. I mean dont get me wrong I'd obviously love For Fleck to find his past form and for all the new signings to come good. But Flecks injury record and form in the past few years strongly suggests he's pretty much done as a footballer at this level And that's not even getting into the fact the clubs just received nearly 20 mill from whartons deal and not a penny of it was reinvested, if it wasn't for the Ellis sale i seriously doubt we'd have signed anybody yesterday
  13. Saying Fleck is a good player is like saying Dack is a good player. It's pretty irrelevant how much ability he has(or had) if he's got one leg in the knackers yard
  14. Desperate late signing.great little player years ago. Knackered now. be lucky to get a handful of games out of him.
  15. What circumstances specifically? They're all amature chances and degenerates from the owners down to the director of football, none of them should be here. We're just lucky that on the footballing and coaching side we've got good respectable professionals doing just enough to keep the team afloat. (for the moment anyway)
  16. This will be Greggs fourth transfer window and looking like another stinker on the whole (from the fans and Tommasons pov anyway!!) Any respectable club would pot him, waggot and the elusive shitbag Suhail now(well waggot and his evil shadow would have been a goners years ago) But in the venkys eyes as long as they're selling players they can do no wrong.
  17. Yeh but as are most prem clubs these days when it comes to transfers with shitty ffp not effect them anywhere near as much as non prem teams
  18. True But could argue that city and Chelsea weren't the the hugely successful clubs they went on to be at the times of those signings
  19. I'm guessing we've now only been able to go back in for McGuire because it seems we may have a bit of money coming in for Ennis. The wharton sale(if it actually goes through) doesn't seem to have had any real effect one way or another! Like others have said.... That money will likely go into the venky/Waggot abyss (or ""running costs"" as they call it)
  20. Well done to the Orlando acount doing more to highlight this circus in one set of tweets than the entire British press (and our local rags) have done in over 10 years.
  21. Has it been discounted that shef weds just came in with a late bid that matched ours and he sensibly chose them over our shower of shit
  22. Seems like everythings going to be balancing on a knife edge tomorrow(again) Not meaning to be pessimistic but after last Januarys embarrassing amature mess and the various other daft avoidable fk ups that have been made over the years I'm not getting remotely excited until the incoming deals are rubber stamped and officially over the line (But my guts telling me the Wharton deal is going to fall through for some reason or another in the morning, then there's going to be a mad scramble at ewood for the rest of the day trying to salvage something out of the mess, then ending in despair)
  23. There was a time when united would have been all over an exciting young talent like Wharton, no wonder that clubs now just a sess pit full of egos
  24. what creepy crawlys actually go snooping around the accounts of players family members to find this stuff out!
