Well my mind seems to have blanked that out π It's still the away end for me though and if the away fans can fill it it, then give it all to them. The onus is on the home fans to shout them down from every other stand. I dont remember tim flowers, Friedel, Robinson ever complaining! If anything i vaguely remember ocasions when they enjoyed the banter with the away fans behind them. It should push the player to raise their game! Not bottle it like an amatures -

When was that, i don't really remember it? I remember the odd game later in the walker trust years where they'd open the darwen end lower tier to rovers fans when they weren't expecting many away fans. Personally didn't like it, just felt wrong to me sitting in what I'd always known as the away end. -
I can't imagine many of the current first team sticking around for division 1. Thats partly the problem of why we are where we are, We've a team of players that couldn't really care less about the actual club and would jump ship the minute an offer from a club offering more money and a touch of ambition came forward Maybe Telavovic might have something to offer in div 1 π€·ββοΈ

I really don't understand the complaints about the away fans filling out the darwen end! Fair play to them i say!! In my lifetime(admittedly that's just from the very beginning of the Jack walker era onwards) the darwen end has always been the away supporters endπ€·ββοΈ apart from occasional periods (mainly under the Vs) where sections have been made available to rovers fans to It's sad that we no longer get close to filling out the other 3 stands and yes that is mostly down to the Venkys gutting the heart out of the club and waggot continually looking for ways to extort rovers fans One problem i do see at ewood is that rovers fans themselves are very fragmented(not sure that's the right wordπ ) on matchdays. It's like the blackburn end, JW and riverside supporters are all singing from a different song sheet. They annoyed me at the time but maybe we should get the drummers back in the blackburn end to get us all in sync π -
Pretty sure the current keeping coaches had nothing to do with Rayas progress through the ranks and as someone else mentioned Kaminski was already pretty much the finished article when he arrived, other than those two there have been no other keepers at the club that have been anything more than average back up keeper quality
-
Players aside! A top priority this summer should be finding and bringing 2 good new Goalkeeping coaches (one for first team and one for the youngsters) because or current gk coaching dept is clearly very dire to say the least. A lot of the mistakes you see our keepers make are from poor decision making and poor positioning, the 2 things a good gk coach should help improve

For the first time this season my gut feeling is that we are going to go down π I just don't see enough quality and resolve in this squad to put up much of a fight. God if it wasn't for Szmodics goals we'd already have been rock bottom of the league long before now. With Eustace it sadly just seems we've gone back to just hiring yes men managers/coaches

Get in Coventry! Good bye ten haagποΈ Edit. fuck off var. Antifootball shite.

Simply considering where we are in the league.... Wouldn't it suggest the the "ott" positivity towards the once in a blue moon good result or performance Is the silly reaction!?

I just find "Tesla" an absolute turn off to be honest, Probably for the same reasons I've never owned an "Apple" product(for example 25% of the cost is usually just for the brand name)

Number of children per household! Bloody hell. I was watching Michael Palins latest documentary about Nigeria yesterday and honestly it's absolutely mind blowing how many children people have over their(commonly between 5-20! Per wife, but a man can have more than one wife...) I think they estimate Nigerias population alone is heading for around the half a 500 million mark. It's country's like that that make all our attempts at being more environmentally friendly seem futile -
Normally looks aren't my concern at all when looking for a new (or very used! In my case π) practicality and reliability are my priorities everytime(which again is why I wouldn't even consider an ev right now) I just meant that if I did have money to burn and could afford something more luxurious then a mustang would be my option, although if I was wealthy my main car would be a big diesel Ford Ranger (sorry π€·ββοΈπ if got a lot of dogs and do a lot of odd jobs) the electric mustang would just be for when i fancy cruising about in something nice. P. S Yes I do like a ford, even if they aren't what they used to be π
-
Not gonna lie I saw one of the latest Electric Ford Mustangs the other dayπ€€π€€ if I was rich and had money to burn I definitely would hahaha But the current standard everyday EVs just do nothing for me and I wouldnβt touch Tesla with a barge pole (blandest most generic looking cars around to my eyes) For me at this current time though I still just see them as expensive gadgets mainly for those that just have to have the latest thing!

Any confirmation that we did actually have a future sell on clause in the deal with palace? I'm sure i remember 1 or 2 ITKers on here say that we didn't. And that it was pretty much just all cash upfront and maybe just a few mill in apearance related fees -
I think he could be just what we need, Wahlstadt and the young gks coming through would benfit from having a quality experienced gk to learn from and Pears is still shite for me, the occasional once in a blue moon good performance won't change that! On a short term deal signing Ruddy on a free would be a no brainer for me
