We could really use a mr versatile in the team, someone that can come in and do a steady 6 out of 10 job anywhere down the left or right side(and occasionally in the centre) What's bennet up to these days?😅 Or maybe get Emerton out of retirement.

Unless bbd is sold I'm now just expecting the window to quietly petter for us with maybe just attempts at signing a couple of so so players to fill a couple of squad numbers. Even if bbd is sold now I don't think we'll see any serious attempt to replace him in this window *sorry I'm feeling a little flat about the clubs shenanigans(or lack of) today 😄

All mentions of this Bowler have 100% come from wishful thinking posts on the forum. Personally I've never seen him play, don't even know his position and had never even heard of him until the name started popping up on here

Agree, especially if Hirst comes in. Personally I'd accept any offer over 2mill for gallagher(if we sign hirst) but with the venks being the way they are they'd probably try demanding at least what we paid for him 😣 Really that certain on Dack? Ive nothing against him and still think even with the injuries he's had he still has more to offerbthan most... Just get the feeling Tomasson doesn't really see him in his plans though

Brereton aside. Anybody think we might have 1 or 2 senior players exit in the next few days? I got an inkling Dack might go if we bring another attacker in (maybe Mowbray will take him on at Sunderland if he gets that job) Cant currently think of another senior player that could leave with the squad as thin as it is, depends who comes in

Looks more clinical in the box than gallagher, not by much though and it's pretty irrelevant if clear chances aren't being created regularly enough! Maybe gallagher is after a move🤷‍♂️ boro where linked to him earlier in the window

I think Travis cracker of a goal in the opening game bought him a lot of praise(and rightly so) but aside from his energy levels he seems pretty average at best to me in all other areas. Buckley is like Rothwell in that he only performs when he feels like it, more often than not he just seems to be there to fill out the shirt. Heart of our midfield is unreliable and lacking in quality "imo" (both defensively and offensively!) And pickering is just out of his depth sadly and the oppo all know it now.

Like gallagher he's pretty much useless anywhere else

Was another big opportunity missed for them though due to the way they went about thongs in those early years. They could really launched their venky expresses at ewood and used it was a platform to build their takaway brand in the uk. But that went belly up. Maybe if they get us back in the prem soon it could be a good chance for a fresh start and clenish slate and they'd have another opportunity.

He started for them lazt week as well, hope they're going to finally give him a fair crack of the whip and play more to his strengths.

I think Dunn completely cleared them out when they went over for that commercial
