  1. Don't see any point loaning jrc out at that stage in his career, he just isn't up to much so maybe best if he left permanently
  2. Agree, especially if Hirst comes in. Personally I'd accept any offer over 2mill for gallagher(if we sign hirst) but with the venks being the way they are they'd probably try demanding at least what we paid for him 😣 Really that certain on Dack? Ive nothing against him and still think even with the injuries he's had he still has more to offerbthan most... Just get the feeling Tomasson doesn't really see him in his plans though
  3. I think regardless of peoples opinion of pickering I think we still need more competion down the left Oh!!! Edun I can see him possibly leaving.still don't know what his natural position is but either way I think he's div1 standard
  4. Brereton aside. Anybody think we might have 1 or 2 senior players exit in the next few days? I got an inkling Dack might go if we bring another attacker in (maybe Mowbray will take him on at Sunderland if he gets that job) Cant currently think of another senior player that could leave with the squad as thin as it is, depends who comes in
  5. Of course, of course! Thank you for kindly pointing that out to me 🙌🙌
  6. Looks more clinical in the box than gallagher, not by much though and it's pretty irrelevant if clear chances aren't being created regularly enough! Maybe gallagher is after a move🤷‍♂️ boro where linked to him earlier in the window
  7. Pretty sure a lot of these links from shoddy sites or twitter wankers emanate from hearsay on this forum
  8. I think Travis cracker of a goal in the opening game bought him a lot of praise(and rightly so) but aside from his energy levels he seems pretty average at best to me in all other areas. Buckley is like Rothwell in that he only performs when he feels like it, more often than not he just seems to be there to fill out the shirt. Heart of our midfield is unreliable and lacking in quality "imo" (both defensively and offensively!) And pickering is just out of his depth sadly and the oppo all know it now.
  9. Like gallagher he's pretty much useless anywhere else
  10. Was another big opportunity missed for them though due to the way they went about thongs in those early years. They could really launched their venky expresses at ewood and used it was a platform to build their takaway brand in the uk. But that went belly up. Maybe if they get us back in the prem soon it could be a good chance for a fresh start and clenish slate and they'd have another opportunity.
  11. He started for them lazt week as well, hope they're going to finally give him a fair crack of the whip and play more to his strengths.
  12. I think Dunn completely cleared them out when they went over for that commercial
  13. What's a good fizzy white to go with a funeral finger buffet?
  14. Surely if we're signing Dom we have to sign Dickie as well 🙏🙏🙏 (I didn't even make one Ream joke 😇)
  15. Oh people are believing nixon today than😄 is it just every other day he's the monster in the closet
  16. "3" permanents ontop of the few we've made already is fine for this window if they're the right quality and fill the positions we're most desperate in. Obviously a lot will hang on what happens with bbd
  17. I don't think id put caulker quite in the same category as Wes brown and Rodwell, those two where both ready for the knackered yard before even joining us, but from the very brief search i did of caulker it seems his issues or more with his mental state than physical, Potential with a good manager on his side he could be a very solid addition (or not 😅😅) I thought i read earlier that he'd only just signed a contract with a turkish club this month though🤷‍♂️ I still very much hope he's not our main defensive target though!!
  18. Normally i wouldn't, but he does genuinely seem a lovely well mannered profesional lad so would still hope for the best for him
  19. If/when bbd does leave I hope it's to a club that will benefit his football career more than his bank balance! Somwhere like Forest with a real manager and way of playing that suits his game. Evertons a joke with delusional fans, Lampard won't last the season there gurenteed, can see them finally getting relegated sooner or later...
  20. Go outside and get some fresh air ffs. The weathers lovely at the minute
  21. Stephen Caulker would have been a very interesting option had he not just resigned for some other foreign club with a dodgy name. Bit of a flaky character judging by his career and personal problems, but has a very good pedigree, maybe just needs a good manager to show him some love
  22. Naa those figures look plucked right out of a FM negotiation, they're too simplified
