But supposedly with the way things are being run JDT doesn't technically make any decisions on identifying players to sign, he just gets players profiles put in front of him and says yaa or naa. Shit way of doing things this head coach & director of football set-up is nonsense Just give the MANAGER a budget and his own scouting team and let him do his job properly with no interference. Broughton can/should just be in charge of youth player recruitment, etc... Leave senior recruitment etc.

Totally agree For away games at least we should now just do what hughes and Allardyce did, a solid 451 and just dont give the opposition an inch, because we have to start turning some of those loses into draws at least!
