  1. Who gives us the most trouble in this lineup, Jacobsen? Or basically anybody who gets the ball, lol
  2. Lots of frustrations being vented here today, and the game hasn’t even been played. Two things would greatly help our mood, Rovers win, & Tony getting sacked.
  3. I get this game on ESPN+. I will be interested to see if the team has some passion & energy when they take the pitch. On the other hand, I am sure Mowbray will stand on the touchline, drearily looking down at his feet, perhaps running a hand through his scruffy hair.
  4. It’s not that they don’t want it. They simply haven’t got a clue how to go about it. Sad
  5. Maybe getting away from Tony agreed with him
  6. I am enjoying watching ManU totally going to pieces. I saw their lineup this morning, I thought Tony was their new manager.
  7. This is what I’m talking about. We had 11 clean sheets in 15; but, that is ancient history now. If Ayala doesn’t play, I will assume he’s either pusillanimous or not interested & Mowbray got us another bust in this guy.
  8. Any chance Ayala will ever play for us again? I don’t know what I’m talking about, but he doesn’t appear to care that much about playing.
  9. Somebody will have to tell this ol’ Texan what a ‘plastic’ is
  10. I am not sure why we don’t see it. Is Tony hoping somebody off the bench has lightning in a bottle? Who knows what he thinks. Where would Klopp be, if he purposely left two of his best players on the bench to start a game? It’s just frustrating. These final three are hard for to get excited about, knowing what we’ve recently seen from our club. But if we win one, please let it be vs Preston.
  11. He certainly has a short memory. Also, I never liked people who want luck, or a break. They rely on others to do their work for them, instead of being organized, and have the team prepared for the opportunity when it comes. That’s our boy Tony.
  12. I agree on all three (if fit), and particularly, Vale. Play the academy lads. I could take their mistakes, a lot easier than watching Johnson, et. al.
  13. The opportunity for playoffs has passed us by. I still want us to finish as high as possible, and beat Preston. Not necessarily in that order. Oh, and sack Mowbray. That’s about it, my Rovers wants all went on the trash pile some time ago.
  14. I envy everybody, but us. You are right, they’re crap, but we’re a mess. We can’t even beat catfish teams now.
  15. I wish I was still this positive… I don’t see us catch anybody, hanging onto 8th, a minor miracle
  16. I live an ocean & half a continent away, but following Blackburn Rovers is my #1 enjoyment in all of the sporting world. That being said, it’s not enjoyable, and hasn’t been for sometime. I will continue to follow the club, because I would miss it terribly if I didn’t. I do not expect anything to happen to Mowbray right now. I expect when the season ends, and the loaners return to their parent clubs, and 3 or more of our best players leave, a decision will be made. Until then, I will check the scores, check the posts here on BRFC, and hope for events that bring about positive change. I’m not very hopeful.
  17. No emotions left, just another ho-hum Rovers loss
  18. Lots of effort. More arte, less Labore, plz…
  19. I am not getting this one, why was vH replaced? Usually one of our better players
  20. It’s very sad, but Mowbray’s lack of passion was sure to rub off on the players eventually. No enthusiasm, pride and joy to play the game they love are dead.
  21. There’s really no statements that can be made today, by either a Rovers win or a loss. Two things would make us all feel better: 1) Rovers win; 2) Mowbray resigns. Make yourself feel good, Tony, & us feel better about you: Go out on a Rovers win.
  22. Excellent, sir, and you are right in your conclusion… We will be back.
  23. Exactly, all cogent Rovers fans know enough not to expect a win every time. But to lose to the dross of the division, is simply inexcusable. Bristol, @Reading, @Coventry, & Blackpool, all points we dropped that were winnable. At least 8 pts, just pissed away.
  24. I disagree with calling Mowbray names, or making fun of him. I don’t know him personally. He just needs to go, and it’s past time for that to happen.
