  1. Wherever that is due, it will be at most £100K up front, the vast majority will be future fees, add ons, sell ons etc
  2. Did well in his half season at Marine (6th tier) last year, where he was with with Montgomery, but yes, think he needs a 4th or 5th tier loan Olsen did well on his loan at Altrincham (5th tier), so loans for Atcheson, Litherland & Pratt, who are all ahead of him in the pecking order, should be minimally at that level, ideally League 2 as long as they are pretty much guaranteed starters
  3. Half of that up front, but an extra £4M in "achievable add ons" such as Rovers winning the 2022 World Cup, & Kapuadi being the first man on the moon
  4. I wonder if Moussa Baradji was (and possibly still is) seen as the "right wing" option, someone to overload the centre whilst the right back overlaps. The current option there (Hedges) isn't one to hug the touchline either
  5. Mullarkey-Matthews has come off the bench on the right wing in each game in pre season, presumably because Rovers have not yet signed competition (it would be folly to expect anything more than competition) for Hedges. I cannot recall him ever playing right back (I think I may have seen him at wing back once or twice, but never right back) for the under age groups and am fairly certain he played on the wing in his loan stints at Bamber Bridge. Atcheson has come off the bench in each game in pre season apart from yesterday. personally think he needs a loan and regular minutes but can be a big player for us in the future, and one who is actually tied down to a long term contract which is like gold dust under our current owners Edit - Atcheson's minutes (roughly equates to about quarter of possible minutes played) Accrington game - 46 mins Everton game - 18 mins Qatar game - 30 mins Elche game - 0 mins
  6. U21s play Curzon at their place this afternoon
  7. It would be handy if Jackson "showed his working", by providing a link or similar. Although it is more likely that Waggott/Gestede once told him this was the case, and Jackson took it at face value
  8. The only other lesson to be learned, would be making efforts to either sign up to a new contract (or sell) everyone who has a contract expiring the following summer (2027) (so most of our squad because of the short contracts that they have been handing out over the past couple of years)
  9. A few months in La Liga followed by a £7M move to the Prem? 😉
  10. Or alternatively, Dolan (or more precisely his agent) spending that extra 3 or 4 weeks negotiating a contract with several interested parties, has meant he has netted himself an extra £5K a week over the term of his contract than he would have got if he had signed a pre contract to join from the 1st July
  11. Duru & Leonard started for U21s who lost 2-1 to Oldham's first team Doherty with our goal
  12. At some point after the Accy game, he picked up a severe groin injury and will be out for a while
  13. Not sure if its been mentioned, but Ismael stated that Garrett is not on the training camp as he has a major groin injury that requires surgery. Although I would have thought that if he was in the running for the training camp in the first place, he would have been with the first team a couple of weeks ago vs Accrington, rather than with the U21s against Celtic. (especially given that Tavares & Forshaw were already absent from the first team squad with injury, & Montgomery was playing right back in that game, meaning that the trialist from Loughborough University came off the bench in a midfield spot)
  14. Came off the bench for the U21s a couple of weeks ago, not sure if he played vs Tranmere this weekend as there have been no team sheets that I've seen
  15. click "match centre" click "watch live" click the middle of the video stream is already up
  16. https://www.rovers.co.uk/matches/ £5.99 for this match & Fridays game, no VPN needed
  17. Pears & Tavares apparently training but not playing this week
  18. Have you managed to buy your season pass yet? or are you having a lay down in a dark room first?
  19. Yep, Hirst (having looked useless for 6 months) looked ok in those, & scored, then we sent im back to Leicester a week or 2 later and brought in O'Brien 😉
  20. Thanks for that Andy, just grabbed mine Similarly to the friendly games in Spain, you can use paypal instead of "link", which goes through much more smoothly
  21. I don't work for the club, 😉 Just offering a solution which worked for myself. Inputting card details seemed to mean the transaction timed out before completing, paying with paypal bypassed that issue Do with that information what you will
  22. no https://the72.co.uk/2025/07/21/sheffield-united-eye-reading-attacker-harvey-knibbs/
  23. Try using Paypal rather than putting in your card details
