The Millwall example that you gave was when JRC was playing in a central midfield role, Hill played right back, and Brittain right wing in that game (all 3 were involved in the build up). Incidentally this was the point last season when I felt JRC looked at his best playing for a prolonged period centrally

We could maybe argue that JRCs brief cameo last season as a centre back in a 3 just before JDTs departure would indicate that he may be able to play the Pickering/Carter full back role (albeit this was a very small sample size). But that aside, I completely agree. JRC is definitely not suited to the Brittain/Beck role. I hope that he does manage to find himself a role in this team as he is a very good player when on song.

Not as good 😉 but before that, normally missed less than 10 each year (not sure if that was because of injury/suspension or just not being selected), but still not exactly missing a lot. He has had one "bad" season with injuries (his first with Rovers), which I think clouds our minds as to his fitness just a little
