I think whatever budget there is has to go on a keeper, a centre half and a left back. We'll still score goals but it'd be nice to have to only score 1 or maybe 2 to win a game. Edit.. I do agree on a Rhodes loan deal as long as the fee and wages aren't too high. I certainly wouldn't be permanently signing a striker in January.
