You have got yourselves a quality young keeper there and our replacement for him is odds on to gift you a goal. I like Brentford, a club that has done things the proper way, and one that has made some very shrewd managerial choices. And feel free to sing "You're getting sacked in the morning" to Mowbray please.

I imagine that Brentford's goalkeeping coach inspired him more than Ben Benson. Doesn't surprise me in the slightest!

I agree. A keeper, a left back and a centre back are the 3 key players we need to splash out on.

What we need is a quality goalkeeping coach. Now I'm not saying that will make Walton into Ederson but it will help. Hopefully our next manager will bring in his own team of coaches.

We all want our team to win, but due to the current owners/management a lot of enthusiasm and passion is being ripped out of us. I personally want Mowbray gone because I think he, at present, is the reason we are struggling to beat the bottom of the league teams. The club is becoming toxic again and changes are needed asap. Tony can't blame the fans for venting their feelings, 1000+ days in charge, millions wasted, and we have improved by a mere 5 positions. Tony and his staff are the reason the majority of fans have no confidence in the team to win!

Like Mowbray has his favourites (Benno and Arma) does DJ have any of his own from U23s?

Tony wants Christmas off to spend with his family. I'm not sure if many people know this but, he's from the North East and doesn't spend much time at home. He gives everything to the Club!!!

With Hughton being mentioned for the West Ham job, I think it's fair to say he wouldn't consider us. Hughes seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth. For me now, if we couldn't tempt Hughes to return I would go for Nigel Pearson or Gareth Ainsworth. I would have DJ as assistant to either one of those. I feel Wednesday will be Mowbray's Goodbye and we need to act fast to replace him.

Over 1,000 days in the job and he has moved us up 5 positions in the league. All that money spent on 5 positions. Quite simply... NOT good enough!! He can blame the fans, he can blame some players for not developing how he wants them to, but at the end of the day it's all his own doing!! I don't care that his family live in the North East and he doesn't see them that much. He took the job, he gets paid more than most of us. I wouldn't say the Canadian could do any worse than the new Jason Steele. Walton inspires no confidence whatsoever in the defence. So many goals that we concede come from an error by him and defenders losing their players because they are scrambling to get on the line to cover him.

I think he'll be off in the summer. I reckon we'll get £12m tops for him. I could see him at Palace or Fulham if they went up.
