if shearer had`nt damaged his cruciate ligament early in his rovers career,i honestly believe he`d have been up there with the legends of the centre forward genre,he was unplayable at times,that knee injury took a bit of pace out of him and he had to modify his game,still a world class player though and he told ferguson to **** off when he enquired about signing him😄top man
