the central league had young players wanting to break into the first team,injured players looking for match fitness and old timers busting a gut to back into the reckoning,it was very competetive and gave young players a taste of what proper football was about

i agree,it`s the worst since the early 90`s when the mackay era was coming to a close,it`s probably even worse,at least then we created nothing in attack but we did`nt invite our own downfall by passing it around at the back constantly

he`s a bigger leighton clarkson for me,typical academy player,i.e gets steamrollered by seasoned pro`s because the academy system in no way prepares you for first team action like the old central league did

easy to play against as well,defending is easy when everything is in front of you,worst thing for a centre back and a full back is the threat of someone getting behind you or a quick winger/centre forward running at you,as it stands a non league side could shut us out,we are so easy to defend against

im`e clinging on to the hope he brings in the players he`s already identified as key to making this short passing **** work,at the moment im`e struggling to like anything about jdt`s management

jdt is reputed to be an intelligent man,though he does`nt have the iq to realise his players arn`t good enough to play a passing game,hence we kept giving the ball back to a basic but determined pne who deservedly won,at the moment we are making most teams in the division seem better than they are on a lighter note,got to laugh at the sad **** preston fans who celebrate a win over rovers like they`ve won the champions league🤣,thats what being starved of any success at all for 50 years does to you
